Hmm, well like I said, I downloaded the client yesterday (or whenever I posted my first post about it) and it wasn't working for me.
Maybe tonight it will work.
I've had periods where (even before i21) the program works fine...the next day I get what I am getting now...it "logs in" fine but no picture of my toon, can't track badges/etc....the next day it's fine...sometimes just closing it and re-opening it works...*shrugs*

Update: My first test version went up for use internally, but it's still fairly buggy. We want Mids to be out as much as you guys do (and that's pretty serious, given how many emails and PMs I've been getting the past few days), so keep your shorts on. It'll be ready when it's ready... and I'm going to do my damnedest to make certain that it's ready by September 28th, because that's when I go on vacation to London and Oxford for 9 days and won't be able to do any work on it.

I don't use Mids to design my characters (I like to play them while doing that so that I can make power choices by feel). But I always use Mids when I need to respec a character. Thank you Diellan for all your effort!

I never thought I was all that good with Mids... But, honestly, I have really come to rely on the number crunching!
Already have a few new toons, already level 50, but only trained up to 34, with patron arcs done... just in case... lol.

I daresay I've been chomping at the bit for i21 Mids more than I was "nao please, please nao" for i21 itself! Luckily on my end, I've improvised what I "need" using some older sets as proxies for everything except Time Manipulation. Really flying by the seat of my pants, there!
All that said, having to improvise and "ad-lib" my builds just leads me to appreciate you folks that produce it even more! Keep up the great work!
As has been said many times in this thread, I just cant believe how dependent we have become to MIDS. It reminds of the times I played WoW and certain addons just became mandatory to the game not because it made the game easier but the tediousness was taken out and thus left was nothing but pure pleasure for the gamer to enjoy. I really wish I had some extra cash to float to you guys working on MIDS but sadly all I can do for you at the moment is to sing your praises and give you my thanks 1000x for the work you have produced.
So yeah +1 to the mids junkie count here, honestly I was even more "excited" to see a beta issue 21 mids than i was when all the issue 21 open beta info was being released. Hopefully the devs can get some serious cash now that COH is F2P and hire you guys because honestly MIDS should be part of this game. end of story. Invention system for the new players WITHOUT mids is a RECIPE for disaster.

Well I broke down and overwrote Electrical Blast for Beam Rifle to go on my Beam/Time corr (already overwrote Storm Summoning for Time last month) and planned my build and sets, then got him done.
So, after all that... I bet Mids updates tomorrow. It's the 'car wash/thunderstorm' effect.
