You can create a macro for this by typing:

    /macro <NAME> wdwload

thank you. i appreciate this as it is somewhat of a workaround to the bug. still would have been nice if this was posted yesterday when the bug was causing much frustration to the players. would have shown the devs standing firm in fixing the many issues promptly. now however even one day late it further solidifies how broken the chain of communication is for paragon studios.

    for shame.
  2. so instead of fixing these bugs now like what they should have done they wait until tuesday because the devs all want to play skyrim atm? gee thanks for such a wonderful thursday suprise. best issue ever!!!

oh and i demand compensation for this. this issue launch has been handled with such craptastic customer service. i demand compensation.
  3. This is so redic atm. I demand that the devs and programmers read this thread. WHAT IN THE NAME of all that is good DO WE EVEN HAVE A STooPID beta server for upcomming builds to test? YOU dont even bother testing it. your code is soo terribad that implenting new things ALMOST ALWAYS guarantees a showstopping completely unrelated bug to the game. ANd you guys are the damn slowest when it comes to fixing yo _hit.

ever since this game became free to play ive become more and more angry at it. w/e its obv that the stipend you give to players is backfiring b/c really all you want now is more and more money from us. fine, start releasing bug fix compilation on the market for paragon points. i give up! ill pay for the damn thing now.

wow srsly? plz stop with the excuses admit that you rushed an unpolished issue with massive bugs and even then it wasnt complete. HAH!

oh and thanks sooo much for what we have now . . .

    fix yo _hit!!

the devs better be working through this all weekend. ill come back after i play skyrim.
  5. ah so know i know why you are releasing stupid crap on the market each week just to meet your goal of something new weekly for us to buy . . .

you want to now start charging for bug fixes amirite?

cool ok since u only want to focus on content that will guarantee moneyzz then sure ill go ahead and buy bug fix compilation #1 for 800 pp. seems fair if thats what it will take for you to finally address the issues of this game.

  6. Will you guys stop with the damn releasing of trivial crap on the market each week already?!?!?!?!!

can we get back to basics and focus on PROPERLY DEVELOPED AND BUG FREE CONTENT??!?!1 jesus stop trying to appeal to the the new players pockets and appease your loyal vet players!!! we dont want a stupid undead kit if it meant you took time away from doing your jobs in curb stomping the many bugs that are still in this game. we also dont want some stupid animal b/c it obv took alot of development time away from producing proper content.

can you please fire who is making these stupid calls!
  7. who is running the show now over there devs? i mean really i dont think any of us players woulda wanted this ninja issue 21.5 release if it meant all these bugs came with them. srsly who is making the call to release this poop of an issue? why not just take your time and do things right? you know there is a saying if you do it right you only have to do things once. w/e thankfully ur game is free 2 play and I will be spending my money on other games thix xmas.

    Sping Attack?

nope cuz it summons a pet and pets cant get containment.

    cry Tornado and LS

    elec/pois!

Elec/Poison/Mu now 50+1 all tier 4 and I have to say that this is the most fun controller I have played in a long long time. I dismissed elec as a lame and very subpar set but it really is fun and its own kind of powerful.

The set really feels like a "power" sapper, able to reduce res def to hit dmg end and end recovery of the bad guys in a matter of seconds. Poison really is a fine set and if you are sick of Rad like I am I say try poison out. Poison may not offer safety for you but if your on top of your sleeps/confuses/holds/sapping then all you really want is that yummy -res.

btw envenoms splash effect stacks with its prime target so you can have a few selected targtes effected with 45% res debuff.

Finally the damage isnt that bad when you proc out jolting chain with dmg procs. I find that containtment + interface and your standard patron or epic aoe will be more than enough to wipe a spawn of +0/+2 at x8.

    soul extraction

If you are /traps then take detonator and use it to auto kill the lich everytime soul extraction is up

As mentioned before you can bind a macro to send 1 pet of your choice to the enemy to die

Or if your really really want that soul extraction then you can kill all your pets at once with the /releasepets command. No dont bother asking if you can release one single pet like this because you cant. You may dismiss a pet one at a time or all at once BUT dismiss unlike /releasepets will not leave a body behind. /releasepets is unique in that it causes the death animation for your pets(lore pets as well) thus you can now cast soul extraction on your recently dead pets. (Also of note if you use the Nemesis lore pets the warhulk has that nasty self destruction aoe when he dies, great to use releasetpets on him when his timer is about to expire)

Its not really worth it IMO to constantly kill your pets in order to have 1 or 2 soul extractions up all the time, I guess it depends on your secondary but the soul extractions have only 3 attacks and only they really do not do that much damage(ie the wraith). So I just summon one nowadays when a pet dies, even a minion.
  11. I remember when I first read about the new Lambda and BAF trials. I also remember the developers letter stating that such trials would be through the LFG button and would be done in a very reasonable amount of time, and since the reward is on a timer these trials SEEMED to me nothing more than a mission, go in kill stuff and get out.

Then the s hitstrom of Keyes and UG was released. I hope that the money they are now getting from this F2P allows new developers b/c who ever designed Lambda/BAF nailed it, Keyes and UG = NO, that developer needs to be fired.

Sadly I dont forsee the 2 new trials to be short and sweet like BAF. In fact I bet that it will be just as bad as UG, stupid long tiresome trial with lame objectives, tons of mobs, and all for 2 empyreans. DEVS, listen! the goal of an incarnate trial is to progress our INCARNATE POWERS ok? BUT b/c we have a random reward table on the end of the trial we are not assured to recieve that rare or very rare we need in order to finish progressing our incarnate power of choice. SO GUESS WHAT? we run that trial again and again and again and again until we do get that rare or very rare that we do need. And lo and behold BAF/LAM serves that purpose just fine because they are short and sweet. No one wants to earn 30 emp merits for a very rare when they can and should spend those merits on purple recipes/pvp recipes instead.

maybe instead of working on costumes/powersets and trying to release something new every freaking week on the market for $$, take a step back and release something new every other week. lol
  12. The knee jerk reaction to not implementing the empyrean BAF/LAM proposed nerf really does tell me that the devs dont have too much of a clue when it comes to their player base satisfaction. (Also i find it very insulting that a dev even made a THREAT against they players in that if keyes/ug/tpn does not get the numbers they want, then SOMETHING(ie a nerf) will happen to BAF/LAM). I would have thought that by going into the F2P model with the a la carte market, the game would be shifted into catering to what the players want and producing content to meet such goals. Its 2011 gone are the EQ models of grandpa MMO days where content was made in the devs eyes and players had to adapt to it. I mean its quite funny that after having coded, developed, and executed the creation of Keyes and Underground you would have thought maybe one of the many developers might have said hmmm you know what?, maybe these 2 trials arent tuned properly to be compatible with what our player base has been used to. Its shameful that the true testing and feedback isnt properly heard until after such a trial has been released. There is nothing hardcore about City of Heroes, this game is the epitome of casual gaming. Log in wipe out spawns log out. Hell even the other mmo learned their big lesson after having launched such a failure of an expansion b/c they wanted to force players back into a certain style of playing.
  13. Crafted lvl 10 Glad proc +3% def to all IO for 2.4 bil plz contact me through PM or ingame @JVQ
  14. I have really really enjoyed my elec/poison controller. Ive played pretty much powerhouses before because to me the best control is killing a mob, so this new controller for me was def a diff style of play that i have come to enjoy!

Thematically it was great to pair them together, I made my character a disease ridden strength sapping "hero". I really really enjoyed laying a static field then running in the middle with conductive aura and venomous gas and then start debuffing and draining that end. its not the safest controller though as poison really doesnt provide alot safety, but to me the pairing has been really fun and now at 50 and IOs its been even more fun!
  15. so issue 21.5 patch notes are up and there are most def no new dom stuff there. oh well heres to hoping that issue 22 will be that glimmer of hope.
  16. Pretty sure the main reason to take away the emps from BAF/LAM is to reduce the amount of empyreans we are able to generate PER DAY. With another trial means another possible 2 emps per day. We already get 6 max per day and since pvp IOs(which we are all saving up for) take around 60-70 emps thats easy pickings to make lotsa inf or pimp out a build. That and I think the devs knew people were running 12 man bafs and 10-15 minute speed lams that all ignore objectives in order to reach the end reward as fast as possible.

    EDIT

Minds of Mayhem will award Psychic Incarnate XP. Additionally, on completion it will award 2 Empyrean Merits. During the 20 hour cooldown, Minds of Mayhem awards 1 Empyrean Merit for each completion.

TPN Campus will award Physical Incarnate XP. Additionally, on completion it will award 2 Empyrean Merits. During the 20 hour cooldown, TPN Campus awards 1 Empyrean Merit for each completion.

yeah that is the main reason to cut down BAF/LAM emps. does the info above mean what i think it means running TPN and later on MoM back to back yields 4+2+2+2+ etc emps??? if so i just found my meal ticket to 2 bil inf without doing AE or playing the market.
  17. good im glad its able to "grab" your attention, regardless of the approach this needs to be fixed. kthx
  18. Hey devs thanks for proliferating and also updating poison but you broke it!

Several posters have said that poison's poison trap and venemous gas get no benefit from enhancements placed on them. Great!! I have noticed this aswell on my poison controller with just SOs.

DEVS do NOT LET THIS get ignored because ur ADD always kicks in anytime you want to just focus on new shinies. Plz if you spent the time to proliferate and update poison get it fixed before issue 30(YEAH im that optimistic)

yeah and HOs are a whole diff beast. like slotting centrioles or ribosomes in demon summoning, summon demons power you get to buff up both the damage of the pets and also the ember resistance shield.

i swear the enhancement system in this game is its own meta game that every since i discovered has me "playing" that aspect more so than actually playing a character. lol

    O.o Interesting....
i just tested this with one enzyme in poweboost.

before the HO, PB + FS = 21% def

1 enzyme later in powerboost, PB + FS = 23% def

clarion + new PB + FS = 35% def to all

these are all ofcourse mastermind values . . .

1 enzyme added 2% more def to FS when added to PB. IF u can get 3 enzymes in PB then id suspect for it to have a net 5-6 more def to FS.

wow someone delete this so the devs dont see
  22. in game numbers for farsight

farsight ed capped for def 14.99% def to all

powerboost + farsight ed capped for def 21% def to all

tier 4 clarion radial(+special for 90 seconds) + powerboost + farsight ed capped for def 33% def to all
