AT/Build with the MOST Procs?

Combat

I'm curious if there are any builds that have the most procs firing off, damage and all. It would be interesting to see groups melt in RNG goodness.

Hmm...I think its a Controller option in relevance to just being able to slot the MOST Procs- but I'm assuming you want a more damage-focused type toon...

We had this discussion one time back in the day. I'm trying to think, but I remember one of the finalists for the most active TOGGLES that could be multi-Procced was Spines/Dark with Quills, Death Shroud, and Cloak of Fear (All of which can hold multiple and different set typed damage Procs from their IO lines).

In terms of an overall toon that incorporates the most single target/fast recharging attacks that can be heavily procced combined with DMG toggle procs- I've had too much to drink tonight to think on that one or remember what the top AT/Combo was.

I saw your thread in the build workshop:

Yes, good Proc-heavy Dark Melee chains are still available, and if you pair it with secondaries like /Dark, it can get pretty insane if you have the powers multi-procced and you're not gimping yourself by having too many and taking away from your base attack damage.

It gets even crazier once you pick up T4 Reactive from Interface.

Claws/ is pretty good too for quick firing proc builds.

I have been working on a build plan for my first "invest-worthy" brute, and I have to tell you it's extremely tempting to put a Perfect Zinger: Chance for Psi Damage in almost every attack.

Take advantage of that inherent taunt man!!

Here's a little secret: +3 Nucleolus and a +5 damage IO gives you 4 SOs worth of enhancement (38% accuracy and 93% damage), which allows you 4 slots to slot for procs if you don't need to worry about recharge or endurance. On some of my melee characters I have multiple attacks with 3-4 procs per attack, which adds a startling amount of damage. It may not sound like much, but making an attack deal 70 more damage can be like adding 100% more +damage in one of the starting attacks.
