    I am at a loss. I really would love to write out a long thought out post, but to be honest I am slightly drunk and extremely sad. I got my friend (@Lacutus) into this game over four years ago, and he is the one who broke the news to me via text message today. Tonight we shared a few brews, chatted over mids (repeatedly saying how it didn't matter, no matter how much we disagreed on how to make our characters), and reminisced about the good times. I will forever miss this game, and the people who I have met throughout the years. I thank all of you forum regulars, GG, Sam, Bill, Venture, Samuraiko, EvilGeko, Arcanaville, Dechs, Agent White, Marcian, and countless others for hours and hours and hours of countless reading and entertainment while at work and at home. I think I have spent as much time on the forums in the past 5 years as I have on the game in the past 8. I feel like a part of me is gone, as lame as that is. Goodbye everyone I have met, and I wish I had a chance to meet the rest of you!

    Well yes. But I think you seem to be missing my point. I am sure there is some sort of established idea of the optimal spots for certain IO's, procs and the like, to get the most out of my Demons. That is the advice I seek.

    I really think I will enjoy leveling my Demon/Nature, but for the final build I am not sure how to slot the pets. I have virtually no experience with Masterminds that I have enjoyed, but I am optimistic these 2 "newer" sets will play better than the sets I tried in years past.

    Here is my build. I accomplished most of my goals, but I would like to get closer to perma-hasten to perma my NA powers. I would prefer to keep sm/lethal soft-cap as I plan to be up-close and personal most of the time. Most of what I need is how to slow my pets, however.

    Yeah Blue, I've gotta say the combo of SS+CJ is the way to go, on just about any toon that doesn't take Hover+Fly+Afterburner. You get very good vertical, especially if you slot one LOTG and 2 BotZ for the defense and recharge(and some KB protect). I'm actually kind of surprised Zombie Man would chose Hover over CJ seeing as you can't stack Hover with Super Speed like you can Combat Jumping. CJ, I thought, was on almost any build that is trying to soft-cap anyway?

    Burnout does not work on pool powers, only primary and secondary. So no double hasten, etc. You could however have double duration, post-poned crash tier 9 armor(i forget the name off the top of my head) if you time it right. I use it like that on my fire/shield scrapper for tough fights, and i get a bonus build up and shield charge. Just hit burnout while it blinks and pop it again before the crash.

    Staff, ma, and titan weapons all offer good +def attacks. they would all complement elec nicely. i always feel like everyone aoe kills stuff around me too much when i play dark melee. You also wont really find many end problems with elec so it makes dark consumption overkill.

    I am aware that the top attack chains may involve the melee attacks, but that's OK with me. I am not building this to be a top damage solo-er or anything, just somewhat of a concept toon. I like the idea of being able to wade into the middle and keep everything perma-confused or hang back and blast from a safe distance. But now that I'm realizing that WoC isn't boosted by Domination, I may decide to roll something else.

    Edit: I also plan to make use of the cones from Mind and Dark, one of the main reasons for planning to remain mostly ranged.

    I'm in the process of leveling a Mind/Dark/Psi Dom with Fly and a focus on range. Soft-capped ranged defense so that I can Hover Dominate/Blast. There is also a focus on Confusing mobs like nobody's business, with Confuse sporting the Contagious Confusion proc, as well as fully slotted Mass Confusion and World of Confusion (for when things close into melee or I feel like diving in). My question to the Dominators of the world...does World of Confusion get boosted by Domination?

    That is a good guess MM. Although I don't think Tara wants to be anywhere near Sook. Also, Amelia and Pam were never very serious and as far as TrueBlood goes, it does not get much more serious than Maker-Progeny. I am so glad it is TrueBlood season again. I want lion Sam! (the maxine fortenberry lioness comment last season to sam made me chuckle)

    Remember how the whole Mavayette plot line seemed a little forced last season? But then you see it was needed to show how Lafayette and Jesus' magic works so the final fight with marnie wasnt forced. they have even tied that plot line in to this season with terry and patrick bc terry blamed the fire on mavis. Mental Maiden, have faith, if it seems jumbled now just remember how good this show is at tying in multiple plot lines together and cant even truly be appreciated until you go bqck and watch the whole season again after watching the following season. i am a trubie and i enjoy rewatching almost as much if not more than the current.

    So I'm running Rogue tips on Mo Ray, my 50+1 Elec/Ice/Mu, and I run into my doppelganger. This guy's not me...he's got ICICLES! How sweet would that be? Then I could tank more effectively.

    I really love the Stalker changes.

    But I guess the fake Mo is a Tanker, because he didn't hit very hard and he took longer than expected to kill. Didn't note his HP, but he definitely hit hoarfrost at the right time. Too bad for him he didn't have burnout, like the real Mo.

    Judging from your post, BrandX, you assume that I took Charged Brawl and Havoc Punch. I did not, I only took Havoc Punch. Why would I take Charged Brawl over Havoc Punch?

    Thanks for the reply, BrandX. I thought I read somewhere that once you factor in Energy Absorption you hard cap the Slow Resist anyway? Is that only when factoring in Permafrost?

    In this build, would you take Permafrost or Burnout? If I go the Burnout route, it looks like my burst damage potential doubles, as well as more Icy Bastion. But Permafrost has nice benefits as well. Please help me!

    For those who cannot open Mids ATM it is an Elec/Ice/Mu.
