With the hard controls available to you and if you choose to build for permadom, most things will be lock downed relatively quickly. Between confuse and mass confusion you'll find little use from WoC as a control power.

I am aware that the top attack chains may involve the melee attacks, but that's OK with me. I am not building this to be a top damage solo-er or anything, just somewhat of a concept toon. I like the idea of being able to wade into the middle and keep everything perma-confused or hang back and blast from a safe distance. But now that I'm realizing that WoC isn't boosted by Domination, I may decide to roll something else.
Edit: I also plan to make use of the cones from Mind and Dark, one of the main reasons for planning to remain mostly ranged.

If you're a VIP then go for Cognitive Interface for even more kunfuzhun.
Control Hybrid for Mag +1 boost as well.
