I still say the best (silly) idea for a new judgement is Fleet Judgement, which throws an aircraft carrier at the enemy. It's like propel, but done to extremes.

I'd also like to throw my support behind covering all the bases with Judgement trees. There are several concept toons I have that I just can't slot judgement on because I can't justify making my Mind/Psi dom suddenly hurl a giant lightning bolt or fireball.
I would LOVE an orbital laser variant (Photonic Judgment sounds good enough to me) as it can work for both tech and natural characters, and given a generic enough animation (Hand raised to the sky and then pointing at the target area) could be handwaved as something to go along with Energy blast/Gravity Control/Kinetic/Etc. powers instead of being intrinsically tied to tech. Very versatile right there.
I also want a psi judgement for all my psionic toons. I imagine something akin to an extreme damage character centered Psionic Tornado that just swirls around your toon and roots them in place would be ideal. Since all the judgement powers are different attack and effect types this one could be PBAOE, cause some knockdown, and have a high chance to confuse targets as that tends to be the psi thing to do.
Earth judgement would be awesome, and I'd like to see something like described in the first post, but with one caveat. Give us a targetting reticle like when summoning pets/storms/earthquake powers, and when activated, the character punches the ground, sending a fissure running along the ground and causing a huge burts of boulders/rock formations from the earth at the targetted location for massive smashing damage with a chance to disorient. This could be used for both earth based toons and Super Strength characters so again, very versatile.
And to fill the gap of lethal damage, perhaps we could get a Thousand Cuts style hurricane of blades power that sets off your toon on a whirling rampage of death in it's immediate area? This could work for natural toons as well, so it's giving people options if they don't want an orbiting death ray. Perhaps if something like this is implemented it could give us a weapon option on the costume screen ala Mace Mastery/Munitions Mastery to pick the blades we'd like to use? If so it would be extra nice if the devs were to include a new set of ascension weapons with said update, something glowy and magic looking so those who want could handwave the power as summoning magical blades to lay waste to their enemies, while those more naturally inclined could use standard blades and attribute it to "flipping out like a ninja".
Honestly if we were to get those four judgement options I'd be perfectly satisfied with the options knowing that one of the eight could fill the thematic hole in any concept character I could dream up.
Different Incarnate tree themes? Why not different Incarnate types while you're at it?
Judgement:
Toxic Judgement
PBAoE moderate toxic DoT. Summon Giant Toxic Golem.
Giant Toxic Golem: GM pet for 15sec, immobile; 30ft PBAoE moderate toxic DoT toggle. Grant foe Itchy Eye contagion (-ToHit), grant foe Smoggy Air contagion (-Def), Grant foe Vaporize Armor contagion (-Res), Grant foe Paralyzation contagion (-Movement), Grant foe Liquidize contagion (-Rech), Grant foe Plague contagion (-mez resist/protection), Grant foe Death contagion (long duration (2 min) toxic DoT), Grant foe Decay summon pseudo pet.
[i]A combo of Lore and Judgement. A short duration pseudo pet that infects nearby foes that will quickly pass on a variety of debuffs to their allies. The Death contagion stays with the victim for a long time, most likely until they die. Blight is a summon cast upon death that will create a pseudo pet that will continue infecting anyone that approaches where the body died and dissolved.
Additional trees to this may decrease the contagions/contagion chances but keep the golem around longer, doing more toxic DoT to whomever is standing in/near it. The other trees just focus on fewer but more potent contagions.
Air Cut
Moderate lethal Cone + minor bleed DoT. +Res to -slow for 15 sec.
Grant user Omni-Slice Temp power for 15 sec =
-Tanker, Defender, Dominator, Blaster Secondary powers Air-Slice ProcAir-Slice = 100% chance High lethal dmg (1 foe, usually primary target), 15ft AoE around target for 80% chance of High lethal dmg (max 6 foes) + 25% chance of minor Bleed DoT (max 25 foes, stacks 4 times).
-Mastermind, Controller, Blaster, Scrapper, Stalker, Brute, Corruptor, Kheld, SoA Primary powers Air-Slice Proc
Technically, uses the interface technology with a judgement power. Primarily for your weapon sets but usable by everything. Like adding a Thunder Strike to every offensive set of each AT. Used with a non ST attack, you don't get the 100% proc and simply have the 80%+25% procs spread across your AoE.
Note: Blasters are the only AT who get this proc for both primary and secondary attacks.

Oh, and special arenas where everyone goes crazy with incarnate powers against each other on mass 16 vs 16 matches. Each character gets to choose 8 levels of incarnate strength: each Lore/Interface power is only 1 level, each Destiny/Judgement power is 3 levels, and each Alpha slot is 2 levels. So technically, you can join in a match with every Alpha power slotted, or you could pick 3 Judgements and a Lore pet or some combo (but only 1 of each tree) and just go to town on another group of players unleashing hysteria on each other.
Randomly felt I should repost some ideas I proposed for alternate judgement animations from the beta boards before they're taken down:
Well, if we worked current judgements with existing weapons, I have a few animation ideas. Katana/ninja blade/broadsword: You raise your weapon over your head and energy gathers into it (possibly briefly giving it an elemental aura of the appropriate power) and swing it down it a powerful arc. Void Alt: Weapon is instead stabbed into the ground Battleaxe/War mace/Titan weapon(???): You raise your weapon over your head, and energy gathers into it (Also possibly gaining an elemental aura) and slam it into the ground. Claws/Dual Blades: You reel back, your arms crossing before performing a powerful cross slash with both weapons, the apex of the arc or elemental energy releases the blast. Void Alt: PBAoE effects of both powersets used, but in this version Void colored trails trace the movements of your character's hands. Beam Rifle/Assault Rifle: "Incarnate" energy is drawn into your gun and the weapon is fired. Void Alt: the weapon is fired by a void colored muzzle flash consumes the area you're in, a transparent pillar of 'void' briefly envelopes area of effect. Archery: Similar to the rifles but you actually get an arrow of ice/lightning/fire Void Alt: Energy consolidates into an arrow of void that's quickly fired straight up, but comes down as hail of void arrows that seem to 'leak' into the void vortex focus of the caster. Dual Pistols: energy is drawn into one pistol as the Executioner's shot (alt animation: the tier one DP power when used to draw the weapons)* Cryonic Alt: Energy gathers into the guns and a much faster version of Empty Clips plays with icy bullets everywhere Void Alt: Energy gathers into the pistols and Hail of Bullets animation plays, except it doesn't quite. Instead your character stands still while the 'after images' do all the firing and 'void' bullets fly. *I kind of like the idea of the pistols gaining no elemental aura for this to make the destructive power feel understated, like the Noisy Cricket from the Men in Black movie, also to serve as a sharp contrast to DP's normally flashy animations. |

The psionic one could be something like "Mind Ripper" where you point at a crowd and the affected enemies are then lifted up off the ground, their heads glowing as they writhe, their thoughts flowing into you as they suffer.

Fire, Cold, Dark and Electric.
Next pass can we get:
Hands from the Earth - Zombie/Earthen hands come up from the ground (like Carrion Creepers) to cause damage and hinder movement (Slow and/or Immob?)
Wormhole Storm - The air fills with Wormholes the have a similar effect to the Grav Controller power
Spectral Pass - Summons a horde of spirits that pass through an area; causing damage and terror to all touched by them.
Infestation - Summons a swarm of insects that attack a mob with DoT damage; causing mild confusion
Spores - Sends out a fungal cloud that cases damage and a pulsing sleep effect on any that survive
Meteor Shower - Fiery death from above that frontloads most of the damage (impact); with the rest being DoT (fire). May KD targets.
Sonic Boom - Similar to Dreadful Wail
Firing Squad - Calls up a small squad of (Heavy Artillery, Gun Drone or Tank) soldiers that unload artillery into a targeted location
