The Celestial VIP pack sounds more likely. Now, to find out how I get my hands on THAT. Just saw someone in Atlas with what looked like a rainbow arced behind his head. Hmmmm.

After a little searching around, I am more confused than ever.
Just what we needed, a new currency in the game! [Tiers, points etc.] Outstanding! I hope every issue from now on includes at least one new form of currency, and two or three more would be even better. *headdesk*
Can you imagine HOW confusing this would all be to someone new to the game? Seriously. Back when I was new, I was doing good to get Infamy down pat, lol.
Oh well. I'll get a pencil, paper and a spreadsheet and figure all this out later. Eventually I will get that backpiece. Thanks for replies, all.
Not to add insult to injury and all but...
You do know that the Celestial Armor is time limited. They plan on rotating out the pieces at that tier. So while it is possible it'll come back around eventually, it's still an unknown.
In other words, I wouldn't get overly excited about it just yet.

From the Paragon Rewards description page:

Basically, in order to get the Celestial set, if you've just started the game, it will take you about three and a half years if you don't buy any PP.

Also, the devs have said those costume options will be rotated back in. I personally would expect them to be there for over 6 months any way.

That thing was BIG. It looked like something a Carnie or a CoT Mage would wear.
