Works for me, just waiting for my toon to copy over.
Ditto, beta is installed and up to date, character has been moved over, I'm on North American servers, but despite an active account I am getting the expired account message.
They need to fix this! I REALLY WANT TO BE IN THIS!

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Can someone PLEASE tell me why I (as well as others) CAN'T LOG INTO THE BETA? It keeps telling me that I have an unpaid account, which is untrue; I'm paid up until July 19. So WHY can't I log into the Beta? I really want to take part in this event, and we only have less than 2 HOURS! PLEASE HELP!
You should now able to connect to Beta if you select Europe or North America as your region.
No luck, just retried. North America is my region, but I'm still getting the Upaid error.
I am having the same "Unpaid account" Error, just tried to get in myself.

Am I supposed to be logging into Beta Server 01? Also, am I copying character to "Public Test Server" or "Going Rogue Test Server"? (I copied to Public, and he's not there yet....but it just might be taking extra time to get there)

Beta server 01 is the correct server. Also, we're bumping every character up to 50 tonight, so if you're able to get on early, you should be able to get IO's from the new merit vendor in Ouroboros.

We are looking into the "Unpaid Account" error message and I will keep you posted if I hear anything new.
I'm sorry, but I think this is unacceptable! Several of us can't log into the Beta due to a glitch deeming our accounts as "Unpaid" according to the Beta, I've sent multiple people in charge messages regarding this, and NOTHING has been done! I'm sorry, but when you have an event like this you should be ready to respond to technical issues!
EDIT: Got ninja'd by Alpha Wolf, hehe... Sorry about that. Seriously, though, you guys WERE a bit slow to respond to the issue. Either way, thanks for responding now... hope this gets fixed.
Thanks for the post, Alpha Wolf. I'll be disappointed if I can't make the Beta, but I understand that tracking client/server problems is process that takes time.
Thanks for the update, AW. Shame we won't be able to get on beta and see all the Steampunk outfits. Was really looking forward to it.

Well it's about to start. So, uh... What are we supposed to do now that we can't join the Beta?
Can't get in. And it's time for the North American Beta test.
Also, How do I check what my account is flagged as? Because I didn't attend the EU beta testing.
(It's paid through July 19, by the way).
