That's ... wow. So we might see Issue 20.5 sooner than later?

Also, the announcement in the link said that the event will be happening on the BETA SERVER, not the Training Room. So you'll need to set up another CoH client to access the beta server if you don't already have one in place. The article links to a forum post explaining how to get onto the beta server.

It's one of two things. Either Black Pebble found out someone put it up prematurely and Pulled it. or...
It's a Nemesis Plot

The link in Torell's post works just fine, and the announcement for the Keyes event is also on the main CoH site. Trying to get to the full announcement on the main site is bringing back a 404, but it can be accessed just fine on the Going Rogue site. So who knows?

"19.5" was released around a month and a half after issue 19. Considering 20.5 should be 1 trial (?) and some extra lore pets I can't imagine it being too far off.

That'll be nice, I'm "tired" of running the BAF over and over again (12-16 times) to unlock the Judgement/Lore slots; whereas 3 or so (maybe 4-6 runs each) Lambda runs and Interface and Destiny are unlocked

Wonder if our AV buddy for this one will be AntiMatter. Most likely, but I can see it ending up being Neuron, or even potentially both. Although, I feel bad for AntiMatter .

Should be a fairly simple matter of just making sure that the right amount of power is redirected, which, knowing Keyes, would possibly be an automatic system as a failsafe to the reactors.
The Reactors are capable of producing an enormous amount of power enough to run Praetoria about three hundred times over, in theory, crippling it down to essential systems would not only damage the portal tech power, but cripple the warworks production facilities.

Golden Girl, you and your team have your objectives. Take those reactors out before the Federal Offices of Interdimensional Immigration gets another deskload of paper work.
General Ciel, over and out.

The twist will be that Anti-Matter is your first opponent, but he'll only con as a regular AV for some reason, then you will fight a super super powerful Neuron who will have perma-elude and untouchable phasing... until a "freak accident leak" of anti-matter will dose Neuron, weakening him severely. behind his helmet, Keyes puts on his Trollface and then you fight him again at full strength.

Well they did say they trying to get the Incarnates trials out as soon as possible. I no that having two Trials already isn't going too be enough for us, they trying to keep us form getting bored or worn out. So they trying to send a couple our way before the next issue comes out.

I'm wondering if our attack on the reactors might be set up my Anti-matter in such a way as to draw Neuron into the fight to try and discredit him in some way.
Like Anti-matter could have deliberate weak security to lure us in to an attack, with the intention to bait Neuron into coming over to fight too, as he'd would know Neuron would want another chance to show up Anti-matter's incompetence - but then Anti-matter would sabotage Neuron's efforts to defeat us, and then turn up himself to save the day and discredit Neuron's ability to protect Neutropolis.

That seems like a very 'Power Loyalist' thing to do when Anti-Matter is the poster boy for the Responsibility tract. I don't think Keyes should be pulling a stunt like that. He's suffered Neuron for so long, but he doesn't jeopardize Praetoria for the sake of his own ego.

To impress Dominatrix however...

Still, I'd like Anti-Matter to get tossed a bone on this one. I'd like to see Neuron fail spectacularly only through fault of his own and see Keyes get some measure of praise for keeping the Sonic Barrier up (even though we know it was never the Primals' intent in the trials to take 100% of the power generation offline).

Well, the recent bit of fiction to introduce the Paretorian invasion event said that Anti-matter was going to try to "spoil" Neuron and Tyrant's plans in some way - so I think he might be going to do something semi-rogue-ish in this Trial

Join the City of Heroes Development team Tuesday, May 31st, 2011 on the City of Heroes Beta Server for the first ever public playtest of the Keyes Island Reactor Incarnate Trial. Be amongst the first to get hands on with the new challenges introduced by the third ever Incarnate Trial in CoH. And what better way to celebrate the all new Incarnate Trial than by giving away codes for the newest City of Heroes Super Booster: The Steampunk Pack! Just copy over your finest Steampunk themed super hero or villain for your chance at being selected to win a code for the Steampunk Pack, releasing June 1st, 2011!

Our EU Community is invited to join us at 20.00 CEST/7:00 PM BST to put the Keyes Island Reactor through its paces. We'll be testing with the North American Community starting at 8:00 PM EDT/5:00 PM PDT.

What's Keyes Island Reactor? What's an Incarnate Trial? Well, read below!
Keyes Island Reactor, located in Neutropolis, is the defining achievement of Anti-Matter's life. This sprawling complex is the source of Praetoria's power and is instrumental in keeping the city safe, providing all of the power for the city's protective Sonic Fences. It is the manufacturing site for portable generators which power the Clockwork and for many other amazing technologies. However, most critically for the Emperor's plans, the reactors are the source of power needed to fuel the portals used to send armies to Primal Earth.

The Keyes Island Reactor is an Incarnate Trial -- content meant to be a challenge for those who have reached level 50 and are interested in continuing their advancement as an Incarnate. Those who have not unlocked the Alpha Slot can do so here. Those who have unlocked their Alpha Slot, however, will be able to earn Incarnate XP for all four Incarnate slots introduced in Issue 20.

If you have not yet connected to the City of Heroes Beta server, you can learn how to do so here.

We look forward to seeing you!
And just remember, It's on BETA, not Test.

Thank you for the time...

Trust me, Anti-Matter's not a good guy. He might not be as outright villainous as some of the Praetors, but he's just as self-centered. For example,

(RESPONSIBILITY ARC SPOILERS)

in the climax of his arc, he finds out that an attack is planned on one of his reactors. The very first thing he thinks of is "will the other reactors be okay?" He assures you they will, then mentions that if one of them explodes it'll take out half of Praetoria. He's not even concerned about all the people that would kill.

Issue 16 made me feel like this.
Warning: This poster likes to play Devil's Advocate.

So they have a week to fix the character copy tool for EU players, or they are going to notice an amusing lack of participation...
