Here's a air pirate type thing I was working on once upon a time:

A couple alternate outfits for Convent, my Ninja/Dark MM:

Some new gear for Check Valve:

And, finally, sometimes it's the little details such as Afrodyte's "Flava Flav" inspired accessories:

I can't figure out why but for some reason my compute seems to have decided it doesn't want to show any of your pictures, not even your Avatar.

Do you have images from imgur blocked?

My avatar is hosted by imageshack. The costume pics are on imgur. I don't know why neither would work for you.

Edit: Whoops... I must have moved my avatar to Imgur as well at some point!

I seem to be getting more use out of this as a martial arts pack than steampunk.

I once found the name Hinterland free and thought about making a character off it but I already had my AR blaster Rose Veldt so it seemed kind of redundant. The memory of the idea stayed with me and came out in this:

And, speaking of Africa, an alternate look for Okapi

I put "Hinterland" on the Virtue names thread and it's in use now (on Virtue anyway). Just checked. Good thing I'm kind of "gun hero-ed" out between my other AR's and DP's or else I'd be bitter

The flexibility of these new costume pieces is incredible. All of the costume pieces I've used the Steampunk Pack on so far aren't even related to steampunk. This Pack is seriously awesome!

My overall reaction to the set is that it's pretty good. I'd give it a B.

Some of the things I'd add and/or change would be:

The ability to color the wings and backpack. I know that a lot of steampunk is brown, but it isn't universally so. Giving us the ability to make bright brassy fittings on the wings and backpack seems like a no-brainer to me. One guy brilliantly made a steampunk spacesuit helmet out of a dark green terrarium, going from this:

to this:

One of THE classic steampunk examples is Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, which was quite colorful indeed:

Wouldn't wings like that be cool? I think so.

I'd also like to be able to color all of the hair that comes with the hat. Right now only the curls can be colored. And don't get me wrong, it's mesmerizing to spin the character around and watch the curls spiral up or down... I'd just like to go with something other than black for the other hair options. Also, brighter hats.

Giving females the long coat.

Not that I'm aware of, have no problem going to that site. edit: Apparently I can see the pics on Imgur when it's in the gallary but not when I click them to see the individual picture.

The baked in ties with the male jackets are unfortunate but some hoods can cover them up.

The Steampunk Pack is backpack crazy. It has 3 back items in it. One a travel power, one a flight costume piece, and the other a backpack that has effects emitters.

I forgot if I've said this already, but I really wish this Pack had Armor Options too. :/

So.. how is this test server setup now? I still see a copy of the german server as Trainingroom 1 and the euCOHTestWorldServer_13!

What will be the end test server and is the character copy tool working???

- The Italian Job: The Godfather Returns #1151
Beginner - Encounter a renewed age for the Mook and the Family when Emile Marcone escapes from the Zig!
- Along Came a... Bug!? #528482
Average - A new race of aliens arrives on Earth. And Vanguard has you investigate them!
- The Court of the Blood Countess: The Rise of the Blood Countess #3805
Advanced - Go back in time and witness the birth of a vampire. Follow her to key moments in her life in order to stop her! A story of intrigue, drama and horror! Blood & Violence... not recommend to solo!

Last I tried, the copy tool was working for Training Room. Somewhere in the Development section there's a guide to get onto the non-EU training room.

Really, it's not a bad booster. I've already seen a lot of cool stuff done with it, though primarily for women, for whom there are fewer brass parts and fewer uncolourable bits. In fact, women seem to get mostly Carnival of Shadows bits, like the boots, the belts, the corsets and so forth. The belt alone has given me a cool idea for a character, so I'll probably get it just for that. I've bought boosters for less.

It just bothers me that the artist put his or her own artistic vision ahead of customization and gave us pieces with very limited use for no real justifiable reason. It's gotten to the point where I cringe every time I see an orange or brown steampunk costume, because I KNOW that's the only thing which works.

Oh, and then there's this. Pretty much the majority of costumes I've taken home from here have had nothing to do with actual steampunk, or indeed Victorian gentlemen or ladies. I have a costume cooking up for a character I've never made that I'll post when I get around to mocking it up.

Now I want to know what you've got in mind for that clock-sash-belt-thing.

This:

It's not a complex costume and it doesn't use many steampunk pieces, nothing beyond the bra thing (with a Sports Bra underneath) and the "crumpled cloth" belt. The overall idea was to give this one the look of a greasemonkey in overalls, but with the top pulled down to the waist and with attitude. I used the Vanguard rifle because it's the only decent rifle in the game that's not incredibly tiny, and for this one it kind of had to be big.

That cloth belt looks really good for that usage. Dev's Give it to the men too please!
