Very cool
It'd probably look great with hat-instead-of-hair too.

In advance of the pack going live tomorrow, I just wanted to say that I've sincerely enjoyed everyone's contribution to this thread. It's been a pleasure seeing everyone's designs and following the lively discussion. I'm looking forward to this particular booster more than any other to date and I've greatly appreciated the introduction and the inspiration that everyone who's contributed here has provided.

That's a Steampunk jacket, chest detail, sleeves, belt and choker. The rest is the Magic Pack High Collar cape (obviously), matte gloves and low stilettos, cargo pants (closest I had to a fabric bottom) and the Disco top, which gets overridden by the fake arms from the Steampunk sleeves. The face is one of the "new ones" and the hair is that bun which I think came with the Wedding pack, but I don't remember.

The idea behind this one is that she's elegant, striking and also a complete evil shapeshifter monster. I'll obviously need a second costume slot for her transformation, but I intend to use her other form to fight. Just doesn't feel right to fight in that dress.

*edit*
And sorry about the dark screenshot, but you try taking a pic of a black costume in the Rogue Isles at night
I was already playing with a look resembling this for my vampire. You gave some new idea's. And yes.. I already used that hairstyle for her

- The Italian Job: The Godfather Returns #1151
Beginner - Encounter a renewed age for the Mook and the Family when Emile Marcone escapes from the Zig!
- Along Came a... Bug!? #528482
Average - A new race of aliens arrives on Earth. And Vanguard has you investigate them!
- The Court of the Blood Countess: The Rise of the Blood Countess #3805
Advanced - Go back in time and witness the birth of a vampire. Follow her to key moments in her life in order to stop her! A story of intrigue, drama and horror! Blood & Violence... not recommend to solo!

Heh, could you share a pic of her? I can use some help with the skirt and boots. I HATE what I have in that department. The Pencil Skirt bugs me.

At work and no access.. But I was playing around with the bridal pencil skirt.
or
The steam punk skirt with fabriclike pats onder it. We should be able to place the bloomers under the skirt as it should be.

I always re-use parts of other costumes.. as if she uses a basic closet. So I will most probably go for the thight high boots/heels again.

Will make a screeny when I get home...

Here's one of my characters Steam punkified

Meet Lucas Travers. Engineer. Inventor. And current owner of a behind-kickulator.

Without any steampunk attachments

With added steampunk wings and gun

Here's another one.

I think I know why the Pencil Skirt bugs me. Every time I do a Google search for a Victorian dress, what I get is large, wide dresses, sometimes including hoop skirts, like what you'd see on a Carnie Illusionist. The Pencil Skirt is the exact opposite of that, being tight to the knees and kind of restricting, the infinite stretch of video game fabrics notwithstanding. I know we can't get floor-length skirts, but something wider may be in order, because my design right now reminds me too much of an office lady uniform.

Also, I'd use the leather boots, but I kind of like the matte gloves and the thigh-high stilettos don't have any customization options. Will investigate.

Yes... I know. I would kill for a real dress being available! Or at least Liz would... They obviously tried to make it with the long dress like leg covers. But failed to close as low as possible and make the thing wide. It slowly becomes time for tech that allows long dresses with walking and flying.

On the clothes.. if I use the leather boots I might go for shiny leather gloves and the more leather corset too. Argh.. when I get home I grab the test again :P

Unfortunately, you're completely correct. I tried the "long" skirt and while it's wider... It's still just too short. I may not like how hugging the Pencil skirt is, but at least it's knee length. This really is one character for whom I'd easily use a full-length skirt.

And I SERIOUSLY do not like the long "dress" from the Vanguard back. It looks like two lengths of scarf and nothing at all like an actual dress. If it were at least closed at the back, I could deal with it, but I have no use for a "coat tail skirt."

Getting more ideas as I look through this stuff as I try to come up with more cool Carnie style costumes.

Wow, going with Liz on this that does give me a good idea for a Vampire, but I would go more for a Male Vamp instead of a Female. But still AWESOME idea Samuel.

Ok, so here's my Male Vampire

I tried the pleaded longest dress we have available. It is not bad actually. The width of it fits the Bustle perfectly. It is just at least a meter too short.

- Original costume (I still keep this one, its my signature)
- Victorian Version 1
- Victorian Version 2
- Victorian Version 2 + Mantle

I am still a bit unsure wichone to go and use (1 or 2). What do you think?

The Clunker aura as blood I am thinking to use on her Monstrous Huge Batshape!

Speaking of Vampires, I do have a grand total of one vampire guy: Artegor.

There really isn't all that much creative about his costume - he's essentially full-suit Baron with a Plain cape, black on the outside, red on the inside, Monstrous hands and a human-toned skin face with white hair. And, of course, almost all black, but I like black

I like your design for a vampire, but you could stand to make him a little more creepy, though I couldn't tell you how you might achieve that. I barely had enough in me for one of these

I'd go with two. One looks like a librarian, whereas two looks more like a temptress. Definitely go with a cape, too. Your call on the shoulder fur.

I'd also suggest looking for ways to add a tad more contrast to the costume, even if it's just a single element somewhere. It's generally dark and earth-toned, so a bright colour of any hue will suffice.

Well this is my creation from the Steam Punk pack. Mostly used the pieces as a whole but really liked how the Breather and Goggles gave her a Sandman look and oddly how well the Vanguard Shield works with it all.

Might as well show mine.

Also, photo-op with Black Scorpion in Pocket D during the Beta Test. I think my Longbow costume annoyed him because he vanished a few seconds later.

I love this one. Crab Spider outfits that have a strong theme that isn't "Arachnos" or "Dark Lord of Dark Darkness" are some of my favorites, partly because they're rare, hard to do well with the tinted colors of the pack, and, I'd guess, hard to think up for most people.

If I could get an image-hosting site to behave for me, I'd post my Ouroboros Mender Crab Spider outfit.
