Hangin' Judge or Hanging Judge would be my suggestions, if you're looking for a judge theme. Mistrial or some variation on it would also work nicely, as would Life Sentence.

I'd go with an 'Arbiter' name, but I think that's too Wackynos.
However, he kinda looks a little bit, thematically anyway, like my character Grimtek who I rerolled as Dreadtek. If you want to use Grimtek then feel free (or if you're not on Virtue then Dreadtek is likely available elsewhere). Also Ebonstryke is likely available on non-Virtue servers.
Edit: Since this is on the Champion forum (I saw this through a feed for Player Help/Questions) I'm guessing you aren't on the Virtue server with this toon. Heh.

I was going to say that "Magister Militum" is better for one skilled in fighting (and sounds better), but it's already being used.
