I just wanted to say, this group looks very cool. I am the steampowered/Victorian friend CydoniaRaven mentioned. I should be on tonight, I will try and get a tell to one of those mentioned above. My global name is @taboo. and yes there is a “.” at the end, got the name Taboo but could not get the global without the . le sigh.
The character is a Scientist from an alternate world that built her own set of Steam powered armor. I named her Gaslight Harbinger.

On the Anniversary podcast they announced the next Booster Pack will be the STEAMPUNK booster pack. Content known to be included is a Clunker Aura, a new Steam Jump (Ninja Run Equivalent?) power, steam powered back pack, a new steampunk set of wings, a Victorian Aura, new emotes which we havn't seen yet, new face technology, and lots and lots of buckles.

I want in. I just need help designing a costume. D:

I need help with the overall steampunk look. I can sort of manage it but it just never feels right. I also need a character to play. I'm at a loss as to what AT to use. I have a few names, but... actual game/look problems are keeping me at bay.

For those of you who are having some issues coming up with ideas, or just wanna store 'em away for later, I ran into a guy in the D tonight, who saw my costume and showed me all of his. He let me screenie them so I could show you They're kinda post apocalyptic, but the idea of Steam is still there.

Was looking up Steampunk on the internet, ran across Steampunk music. Abney Park is a really good (in my humbel opinion) band, love their blend of old and new. The band members even dress in Steampunk style and have steampunked most of their equipment.

Several videos on you tube as well if anyone ends up liking them like I do. It might be silly, but when I play Gaslight Harbinger, I am usually listening to Abney Park.

I'd love to join a group like this, but I'll need a bit of time to get my toon where I need him. I had a steampunk elec/elec blaster but I just couldn't work up the desire to finish him to 50, and when Elec control was released I knew I wanted to make him a Dominator, it just fit him so much better, but I didn't wanna have the whole "You're from Praetoria!" thing attatched to him for some of the content, so I rolled him red-side and I'm working towards 20 so I can move to blue-side. I'm guessing you guys aren't in risk of filling up too soon so I'm not too worried about it, but wanted to at least express interest.

Definitely gonna have to tweak his costume a bit when June 1st rolls around.

I'm also leveling a concept character for the SG on red side to level 20 so I can get them over to Vigilante status (hello tedious!).

/friend Spring Heeled Jack and we can level up together if we're both on at the same time!

I would love to get in on this... I created a blue side steampunk inventor/adventuress by the name of Doctor Ophelia Abernathy for another steampunk group that never got off the ground. I would dearly love to become involved with a Steampunk SG with her.

Finally got happy with the backstory, now tweaking the costume.

(short version) A mad scientist ends up using a naive assistant as an (unwilling) experiment subject. One brain installed in a clockwork body later... scared, angry, confused steampunk psi-bot escapes and begins a life of crime fighting. (beauty of this is I'll probably get around to making the mad scientist for red-side)

Bring on the steampunk pack!
