Pretty choppy. Also chat seems to be disabled. Nothing really new being talked about unless it got cut out.
Oh yeah they are enabling the halloween event this weekend. yay?

Luckily, the constant looking-off-screen-for-Black-Pebble's-approval is easily trumped by the same four people asking the same four questions.

I should've have expected to be disappointed, and I should have known what my fellow City "fans" would be like. Someone with more time and patience than me can distill the meaty wheat from the offal chaff.
TL;DR: It was a worthy attempt, OCR. I commend you for it, and I hope that you improve on it and do it again.

Was any new information to be had at this thing? I know I shouldn't expect much, as we are on the verge of i20, but I was just curious.

The other slots will also be able to be expanded sideways - Judgement can have more variations added to the 4 AoE attacks it has now, for example.
They also said that the Well of the Furies might be becoming active right now because it felt threatened in relation to the Coming Storm.
Plus, they said that they'd discussed "limitless" amount of ideas for Incarnate Trials - so there's lots more coming

So we have a lot of people talking about the devs announcing Halloween Events being turned on this weekend to make up for the maintenance today on Pinnacle globals.
Was that said by a dev on this ustream or is this all a cruel April Fools thing?

I don't want to press my luck, but any additional information said on it?
Like start time, if it's just ToTing or if it includes banners/tip missions?

So in other words, you can't be super powerful unless the Well wants you to be. Lame.

Thanks for posting the link Golden Girl, I missed the first 15 minutes. It was great of them to do that and I look forward to the next one. Also, very stoked for Nemesis pets!

I think the idea might be that we need to defeat the Well and take over from it as the main force opposing the Coming Storm.

I think a lot of people were distracted by the adorable baby. The Devs just told us that more Rularuu arcs were mentioned in a discussion. After that, the words Well and Furious were brought up, with another mention of how some players are smart enough to take a HINT.
Fortunately, I have previous exposure to said baby and was able to pay attention.
I liked their very unsubtle insinuations that Nemesis could be the letter writer.
And then there was the part about the *crackle*nd the *sputters* pow*static*. Totally awesome huh!

My two highlights were that...
- All Incarnate slots will get more trees - like perhaps Psion Judgement or Nemesis Lore
- That several NPC's (but not all) in Praetoria were actually a shape-shifted Protean
Oh good lord please not the Halloween stuff again 
I think for the first time since I've played this game...I am not looking forward to the next issue. The Lore slot is still kinda sketchy and the saturation of Praetoria junk continues. I'm getting pretty sick of the repetition. I see we have to look forward to the other heavily repeated factions as well...ugh...
Yeah... just a few notes for the next time:
- Get a better computer
- Get a better connection
- Get rid of the marketing guy. It is actually OK to drop hints about what's coming.
- Do try and read the forums: the 5th Column Gladiator badge thing has been discussed ad nauseum on the badge forums and this was the first time you hear of it? 
- Actually answer something that is interesting not the same old, same old questions.

Surely you could do the same with Muon and Neutrino.
Not that I really care what they want, or actually expect anyone to notice, but I also don't care to bring any potential hassles my way even if they are highly unlikely. Besides, their asking for all that stuff they have no need to know annoys me, and I'm not going to play their game.
edit: the ustream page says the broadcast has started, but I'm not seeing anything. Is it actually not going, or is my computer just being fail?
