Yes, I was in the middle of an NPC chatting with me when i heard "You have been logged in for "one second...take that bi@%h" 31 hours" Now thats the kind of improvements I have been waiting for! 
I kind of like the bullet aura.

Every time I hit mystic fortune I now self destruct and then self rez, it is interesting to say the least...I'm "repairing" the files through the new launcher now, a red name said that may fix it and since no one else is posting, it has to be me right?

Well, repairing sure made it go away but it was awfully funny for the time being, had it not completely interrupted game play I might have entertained leaving it! Playing on my Mind/TA was terrible, everything was jumbled and my ITFs were much too challenging lol

Huh, that reminds me of something I saw a few nights ago, but it happened so fast I didn't manage to take a screenie of it.
I was flying to the Vanguard DPO in Cap au Diable, and I swear that the guy at the door did the Praetorian salute.
Safe to say, I was sufficently creeped out.
I was doing some playthroughs of City of Heroes. Now they will serve as memories of a better time ...
..Did anyone else notice strange happenings on their servers last night?
I was on Freedom from around 7-9 pm est and something just seemed wrong as I was wondering around Paragon and the Rogue Isles!
I bugged them but was wondering, was it just me? I haven't seen any other posts about these oddities?
