Going Ape Over the Animal Pack? Show Us!
Sorry, not showing anything, but I had to say this, and I didn't want to clutter up with other threads!
I bought the pack for the sole purpose of getting leopard spots for one of my characters. I wasn't all that excited about the rest of the stuff. I mean, I thought all the items looked great! I just don't have that many animal themed characters. But you know...I really wanted leopard spots!
But what I discovered in this pack far exceeds the happiness of getting that single costume piece I wanted for my character. What is this thing that has given me such joy?
/em hiss
Whoever did this emote, you are my hero. I cannot stop laughing, and I love it so much, I made a macro for it. (First time ever!) It is so freaking hilarious and awesome and wonderful that I would have paid 10 bucks just for /em hiss. It has brought me that much joy and amusement.
Thank you, person who did this! And wonderful job all around, devs!
That emote is definitely entertaining. Especially if you use it on a buff male or huge character. There's no greater (or faster) way to make them look like a complete sissy than by using that emote.

Like many other folks, I used the Animal Pack as an opportunity to make a Chimera.
Here's Chimerus,

First my Praetorian Police dog, Captain K-9 (created using the same genetics techniques that created our beloved Praetor of Cuteness: Bobcat):
Then, my new favourite character, Tyger Burning Bright (yes, i know its Tyger Tyger, but the name convention wouldn't hold that much awesome ):

I present to you a new Claws/Invuln brute, A BadlyDressed Tiger!!!
Battlecry: "Hey, I'm colorblind, alright?!"
I've already come up with easily 25 ideas for new animal-themed toons, most of which will never see the time of day because I already have too many. This guy might not even last, but the couple of levels I ust snagged for him were fun.
So combining any multiple animal parts would result in the creation of a Chimera?

More modern versions have bird parts as well so you can see bird heads, feathered wings, talons, etc and more draconic elements that replace or are added to the traditional serpentine components.
They're pretty darn awesome.
I've yet to see wolf heads or the like so that's why I say not just any combination of animal parts. Tho I doubt anyone would argue too much with any mixture.

This is London Gryphon, this character is still level 28, but I have it for a few years now.
Just upgraded to look more like a "real" Gryphon (well, as real as a mythological beast can be)
Reference of a "real" Gryphon here (the only thing missing is eagles fangs as hands parts)

Hey, Beast Run is great and all.. But for those of us who play animal toons and would like to move around on four legs all the time, it would be nice to have a similar toggle which costs no endurance, and gives no movement rate increase... that could be used at the same time as super jump, super speed, teleport, fly, etc. This way us four leggers could always be on four legs!
Also would be nice to be able to remain on four legs even when not moving.
I only have a few furries. Heres my Fire/Dark/Power corruptor Mister Whiskers. He misses his bowtie though. Epulates aren't bad.
Oh shoot! I forgot to grab a before picture.
Alt costumes for Manitou Eagle and Atomic Eagle likely easy...
But gang... What I'm gonna take from it for altering Pepe' Le PewPewPew though?...
There are no skunk parts. ;p
EDIT: Nevermind just saw Citizen-Razor's Lemur. Maybee... I dunno...

Ok, any chance we can get mask and more hair/options for these heads? I ended up not updating my toon cow, because I couldn't put the blasted pattern on his face.
