My characters will be, and in fact already are, joining my SG The Legionnaires in entering a portal to find a new world to protect, specifically Millennium City. The idea we're going for is Paragon is safe, the Coming Storm has been averted and we start growing bored. So, Portal Corp finds a new world, one where power appears to take a different form and the influence of the Well is nowhere to be found, while threats are closing in from all sides. We travel through and find ourselves relearning our powers and protecting a place much different than we're used to.

I'd like to see a counterpart to Judgement; basically a massive single-target attack. Think KO Blow + Rage, or Energy Transfer on steroids. Beyond that, I'm pretty open.

Some minor spoilers ahead, as a warning.
It was good, though in the fight against Ghost Widow, Sands and Nocturne, I would've preferred a choice to fight them alone. I mean, a couple of my characters, after fighting off two entire armies in Cimerora and Dark Astoria, are the kind to want to make Ghost widow eat her words about being no match against the three of them, even if it means telling the Phalanx to back off. This is just a minor complaint though, as I've also got several characters who are more than happy to take the assist, even if they would have no problem handling it alone, just the choice to either accept the assistance or tell the Phalanx to back off would've been nice. -
After trying out several antiviruses over the years, starting with Norton (ew), and going to AVG, AntiVir and MSE, I've settled on Malwarebytes. Reason being; with those other antiviruses, I've always ended up downloading the free version of Malwarebytes on my mom's and sister's computers and it's always caught viruses that the others missed, so I ended up spending the cash for the full version to get the active protection.

I hope we get to give Prometheus the finger and go after Praetorian Hamidon despite what he says. In fact, from what was said in that producer's letter about i24 focusing on the fallout of Tyrant's defeat, I'll be disappointed if we don't go after Praetorian Hamidon.

Yes, and it was much needed. I remember when Atlas on the Virtue server was laggy as heck. Powers showing as recharged, but really weren't due to the server lagging behind. The same thing happened during I21 beta, even after they put in the performance improvements; I created a new Street Justice toon (before access to Street Justice was blocked) to play on beta, got into Atlas, and the server was so laggy it was almost unplayable, all due to how many players were in Atlas. Lowering the population cap and threshold helped a -TON-.

Yeah, it's getting progressively worse for me. Now every time I zone I'm taking a gamble as to whether I'll disconnect or not.

Not only that, but the routing of all traffic to this site and anything NCsoft related is really bad. It took me forever just to post this because the connections to the website keeped timing out.
I've tested and re-tested my connection... I don't have a problem connecting to anything else.
Even the NCsoft launcher is having fits.... it stalls for much longer than usual when I open it and tells me it had problems connecting.
Edit: I can reach the login server, though my three toons that are stuck in limbo still are. Also, I've been getting a lot of large red spikes on /netgraph as well. Anything else; other website, other games, Steam; all work fine. It's just this game that's having these problems. -

Anyone know the IP address of the game servers so I can do a pathping on them, or are they located in the same place as the main site? -
An update: managed to log one of the toons that was in Kings Row. Moved her to Atlas, then exited to the character screen to try with the others. The other two in Kings Row are still stuck there.
EDIT: Hmm, same as Naelyan, I'm in Nevada. I live in a small town I think a couple hours from Vegas. My ISP is a small local one called lcturbonet.com, and my speed is 320KB DSL. -

I can get as far as character selection, but attempting to log one in freezes the client. Have to kill the client through task manager.

Same issues here. Got three toons stuck in limbo in Kings Row. Logged into a toon in Atlas, tried to zone to Talos, and it never loaded. Had to kill the client through task manager. Getting very frustrated here.

I love the barbarian costume pieces. Finally, more good clothing that can be used with animal fur. Made a little costume for my main, Nekata with it, I'm gonna go in-game now to take piccies to post.

Still getting a ton of lag in-game. Almost constant packet loss, it's making the game unplayable. I did a pingpath trace, here's the result;Code:

Okay, here is a quick and dirty leveling build I cooked up. I only left Integration with its base slot, as I'm not sure if adding 3 more slots to enhance its small amount of regen is worth it, but I'll leave that for others to discuss. I left out Phys Perfection as Regen has so much recovery and regen as-is, I dunno if the little phy per. gives will make much difference. Moment of Glory only needs 3 recharges; anything over 45% defense does nothing except against enemies with extra to hit, and its resistance will put you almost at the scrapper resist cap anyways. As for Focused Accuracy, it gives accuracy bonus, which is a multiplier on to hit, so I believe dropping it and slotting up tactics is better, as tactics gives straight to hit, and broadsword has extra accuracy already. Also stuck in Assault to replace Focused Accuracy as an option to give some more damage to your attacks, but not necessary. If you want you can replace that and throw the slots in it into Instant Healing and Dull pain instead, just there as an option.

Hmm, from a quick glance seems to me you're underslotting some powers and overslotting others. I can give a more in-depth analysis in a minute, as I have mids on my netbook and it's currently booting up, but Reconstruction and Dull Pain could use more slots, I personally wouldn't go below 5 for those. Same with Instant Healing. Dull Pain+IH+Parry can make you crazy-survivable. Give me a bit and I can put together a single-origin enhancement leveling build for you

Instead, you have to use Monstrous Gloves (which, is not so bad, of course). -
Actually, when trying out inherent fitness after they fixed the problems it was causing doms and khelds, I copied over my fire/wp brute, who is currently without fitness as of her latest respec. As soon as I logged in, all of the inherent fitness was immediately granted to me. To test further, I copied over a claws/sr scrapper who was only missing hurdle, but she wasn't granted hurdle upon logging in, meaning she would need a respec to get it. So it looks as though those toons that don't have fitness at all will get it as soon as you log them in.
Edit: Just tested again, copied my fitness-less fire/wp brute to the beta server, and upon logging in she had all the fitness powers, no leveling or respec required, so I can confirm that any toons without fitness at all will get it automatically upon login. -
