Sure, the (two) next tiers for Incarnate Slot crafting and the three badges for rerunning WTF content after your first time.

I think that covers it. Snow will likely have pictures up later today.

Your usage of "were" seems to imply that Issue 19.5 is now Live!™. I was not aware of this situation as I've seen no message indicating such fact. Has it indeed gone gold?

Indeed. There are now level 51 heroes and villains traipsing around. Where you been, Bunny?

The badge for crafting a rare boost:

So, those badges for the WST can only be obtained after your first run for the week? Phew, 50 TF runs. I wonder if I've run that many in all my 7 years of CoH.

Main Character: Ice/Storm/Ice Controller (Justice, 1340 badges)

And for each week you delay earning it, you have to complete an extra one (the original bonus one). Yay.

50 extra Task Force runs is way too many.

Interesting....More count badges. Then why the AE badge nerf and the "we're getting away from count badges"?

One could argue that it resets weekly. I rather thought that was what Robo was referring to.

Judging by the listing at CIT, the badge for crafting a very rare boost is called Incarnate.

Also, agree with "ugh, 50."

Playing the odds, I think I've guessed what he was asking. I'm pretty sure that he thought that the count has to be achieved in a narrow time frame, others have.

Agreed. There are other ways of restricting how long it will take to earn these without making it a grind.

The ONLY positive thing about having to run the 50 TF requirement is all the potential incarnate shards one could get from the assorted kills.

However that does not counter balance the negativity of having to run 50 Weekly TF's.

Run once for the first badge, fine. Ten for the second one?: ok. But 50 for the third? Nope. 20 would be more palatable.

I figured I was going to have to run dozens of TFs to get all the shards I wanted regardless of the "50 count" badge. And I assumed it was going to take me several months to do it regardless. To me it won't be a sprint to get them ASAP.

Obviously you can define these new badges as a "grind" but I see it more as a "I'm going to have a few more badges in a few months for doing what I was going to do anyway" opportunity.

2 cents: If they keep that 50 count, I'd prefer if these were account-wide badges.

Due to available play time, I'll have to focus exclusively on my badger to achieve these badges, and I'm still talking months for this one set. Other characters who will like to get going on the new incarnate stuff won't be played much at all. Just feels restrictive IMO.

I understand your point about having to "focus exclusively" on one character to get the 50 count badge within a few months. But ultimately we are just talking about that one single top badge. I consider it a new version of an "epic" badge like Empath or Leader and frankly I don't have any problem with having epic level badges that take several months to achieve. *shrugs*

By making these new badges set at 1, 10 and 50 TFs respectively you can reasonably get the first one in one day (I know many people who did this already) and you'll be able to get the second one within a few weeks even at a relatively slow pace. How is that unreasonable by any stretch of the imagination? It's only ONE badge we're talking about that might take some people a long number of months to achieve with some "above and beyond" effort.

As with anything else in this game there's a certain amount of effort required to achieve it. If sprinting to get a 50 count TF badge is too much for you then either don't try for it at all or don't worry about getting it ASAP. For those of us who actually like goals to work towards I see nothing wrong with this.
