You should have cut off a lock of his hair at the end of the night.

Virgil Tarikoss's magic power stems from caffeine, but is sapped by potassium. This is why he despises tomatoes, it's a biological weapon you can get at the store.

Virgil Tarikoss soloed the Apex and Tin Mage Task Forces on x8/+4...at the same time...at level 1.

"FREEEM!" was his idea.

He uses only level 53 IOs in his build.

He is...The Most Interesting NPC In The Game.

I don't know if he triggers zombie apocalypses, but I know he once fought one off... his only weapon was a single ball-point pen.

The Coming Storm is a theoretical event involving him journeying to Praetoria and meeting Mr. G.

We call the demon inside Cap Au Diable "Bat'Zul." He calls it "Fluffy."

He is the most interesting person in the Rogue Isles.

to TO THE END!
Villains are those who dedicate their lives to causing mayhem. Villians are people from the planet Villia!

Virgil Tarikoss is so tough, he beat up Bridget from the Guilty Gear series and stole his masculinity. He has it mounted on his wall to this day.

He likes to surf sometimes with the luddites, his surf board is made of flaming chainsaws.

Virgil once blew up a bus full of nuns... Who were nuns for satan.

Virgil happens to be the first name of by DB/SR brute, are the two connected? Who knows?

His build is a kin/ice defender.

I dunno guys, some of this sounds like Blue Steel kind of stuff to me.

Wait.

No.

Could it be?

have you ever seen Virgil Tarikoss and Blue Steel at the same time?

Think about that for a moment...

Answered for me by a leader of a team that finished it while keeping an eye on Zone Events. The Zombie Apocalypse happened right at Strike Force Complete, when the exit button popped up. It's definitely not making a call for a Zombie Apocalypse when it should be making a call to award a Souvenir, since it's not happening at the time that a Souvenir would be awarded.

i think it's time to start running that TF again.

Also, i once saw Virgil Tarikoss buying Pocky from one of the CaD street vendors. He didn't see me, but the furtive way he was doing it implies it's a guilty secret.

He also shows up at the coffee shop in downtown Port Oakes during their Wednesday open mic night.

Dr. Todt's theme.
i make stuff...

Yeah, it's probably just an old Souvenir bug, is all. Task Force Souvenir awards have been inconsistent since long before release and eventually a developer made it clear that they weren't going to guarantee souvenirs anymore around the time that badges, a working system, was released.

Also, if you quit the team before the team leader called in to complete the mission you won't get the souvenir at all. For some reason a lot of leaders don't make the final call, these days. I believe the badge awards and the popup window mistakenly make people think everything is done and that they have to quit the task force to resume normal mission and contact behavior.
