Upon reading the thread, I don't think you came across as anything but polite, despite quite a few attempts to troll you into being nasty (thinking these troll's have the Green eyed monster about them).
If I were on Guardian I would be very keen on joining your SG, just on the way you handled yourself in this thread alone.

What a fantastic event, EE! One of the most memorable events I've seen in my four years with Guardian server!
Aside from fantastic trivia, a historical parade of heroes through Atlas Park, scavengers hunts, PvP, and much more, I was lucky, as Aguila de Mexico, to get one of the Grand Prizes for the incredibly well done CC!
After seeing so many of the outstanding costumes in both male and female categories, I didn't think I'd have a chance in my category. Making finalist was phenomenal; winning the grand prize . . . well . . .

Earthclan Elite's 2011 Celebration Event

This was in many ways, the first event of its kind. Never before had there been a 10 Billion INF Celebration on Guardian, and certainly never before had there been a Judging Parade through Atlas Park.
The massive prizes, coupled with extensive in-game promotion across all servers and the Forums brought out many of the most talented and creative costume designers to be found in the game.
The images below do not do the event justice, for it was something indeed that had to be experienced first-hand. Including the Marriage Proposal (joyfully accepted) that opened the event!
We of Earthclan Elite were proud to share our achievement of finally becoming the #1 SG with all of Guardian. We look forward to the next Celebration, and hope all of our friends will be there yet again!

That was QUITE an event. I only regret not being able to stay for the whole thing. Thanks to Earthclan Elie for bringing the Guardian server together like that.

For what it's worth, Deej, I thought you had the best male costume by far. It's not as flashy or as complicated as a lot of them, but it's very well put together, coordinated, and thought out.
The event was truly a blast. I don't think I've ever seen so many characters in one place! I took these pictures as we were lining up for the parade, and I think even more people showed up later (linking the pics as they're huge). There were so many, I couldn't get them all into one picture from my place in line!

I especially enjoyed the trivia and scavenger hunt, a nice change of pace from some of the more usual activities you tend to find at events. (Of course, it didn't hurt that I won both of them ) Thanks to EE for running such a fun event!

I had a great and wonderful time during the events. Great turn out and wonderful costumes. Was really a task to judge all the outstanding looks everyone had. Thank you all for showing up and making this event something to remember.

Great job, EE! You did it again! It's not just about the number of prestige, it's how you work your way up. When you do it right, you take pride in what you did when you reach the TOP. It was so obvious during the Event, the EE people were so happy and proud of their achievement. Great teamwork!

its funny how you got an opinion on something you cant do.
It may not be obvious, as we don't stand around Atlas Park all day, nor publically recruit by broadcast. Our rare broadcasts are usually about Events, like this one.
We mostly quietly run content, every day and night, which is why we slowly but steadily raised in the Top-100 over these last few years and eventually toppled Bane of Prometheus from the Top-100 Slot, who had been there for years (and who warmly congratulated us when we finally passed them).
So we are very active. We run Task Forces, Flashbacks, Radios, Trials, Arcs, AE and more every night, usually with full SG teams.
Membership-wise, we've been jam-packed for years now. We only look for a new member when someone's been idle too long and a slot opens up.
