This took me many days to say but...

Thank you Paragon Studios for giving us a game that we fell in love with. If it wasnt for you many of us would have never met the person we married. Many of us would have never have created a friendship with the people that we have through this game.

With that I say I am thankful. Very thankful indeed.

I have made many friendships because of City of Heroes. I will always hold those friendships dear to my heart, because that is one thing I will cherish. Friendship.

I don't think you can create an IO in AE, but I do believe there is an arc that you can. I don't know the number.

Every time I go to open MIDS now I get a dialog box that says "There was an error reading the database. Attempt to download replacement?"

And when I click on that it does its thing and doesnt fix anything.

Every time siince it got updated for i22 I have to uninstall it and then reinstall it just to use it.

Any ideas?

Ok. Would be possible for a GM or someone to be able to move them to freedom or make them into tokens?

Also. Shouldn't have those slots on Guardian become a token when the others did?

I have been here before about this, but this time I am gonna try to explain it a bit more in detail.

At the end of February my main account became a PREMIUM account. Beforehand I was figuring out how many character slots I would have to place. I figured out 12 ( 2 for the base amount, 2 for having Going Rogue before CoH;Freedom, 2 for being active during the launch of issue 12, and 6 for the slots awarded every 12 months.)

I started claiming slots over on the Freedom server not really pay attention, because hey, I was pretty sure I had all 12 slots to claim. Nope. Only had five.. Count them 5. I wondered where those other 7 slots were. So I looked on every server, and behold I found them on the Guardian server, already place. To my confusion, I wondered why they were placed there already. Then I remembered I played on that server before I moved to Freedom.

I posted on here before and posted my inquiry about is it possible to have those slots moved over to Freedom, and wasn't those slots suppose to be in the amount of slots I had to place once my account became PREMIUM. I got the "those slots once placed are there permenantly, no if or buts about" kinda answer. Sweet isn't it?

I was depressed, because I had plans for those slots over on Freedom, not Guardian. In the mean time I purchased some slots on my second account (I purchased 100 bucks worht of points) and started on my merry way.

Then I started to think about what happened, and I got ticked. So I sent in a petition( about it, and to see what, if anything, would be done. Here is the petition and the response I got in return:

By reading that, I was confused, because they didn't help my issue at all. All they did was say "Hello player! Sucks whats happening to you!! Here are ways you can become a VIP again, oh and here is a list of questions that "might" answer your question." Not very good work ethics if you ask me.

Just like before I forgot about it and when on my way. And again I started thinking about it once again. What else could I do?.. I GOT IT!! Its Freedom Friday!! The person thats doing that might be able to help me and someone on that end might send my issue to someone who can help!! At last progress!!

ME --> City of Heroes: To reword my previous statement. Before we given 1 character slot per year. I claimed those slots on guardian. Later on I moved to freedom. I am no longer a VIP. I was wondering those slots I placed on guardian are they there forever or were they suppose to be part of the slots we could place on any server?

City of Heroes --> ‎ME: If I understand your question correctly, then you keep any character slots you purchased (in this case through your subscription), in addition to the base character slots that are available to you through your being a premium player.

ME --> City of Heroes:I didn't purchase any slots. I placed 7 slots on guardian that I received for having an active account. They were the slots we got every year. When my account went to premium. I was thinking I was going to have 12 slots to place on freedom. Turns out I had 5. The slots I had placed years ago on guardian weren't granted as a character slot token.

City of Heroes --> ‎ME: I see, well, this is a question that I'm not qualified to answer. I would recommend you get in touch with CS, and they may have some better answers for you, since they can see how your character slots were allotted.

ME --> City of Heroes: I sent in a petition and they basically said "F you. Here are ways to become a VIP again." I have been trying to get in contact with someone via forums. Turns out I can't send PMs. =(

Helpful Person --> ME: As I understand it, slots are used account wide. So if you have 12 slots, you don't get them back once placed. So you still have your 12, but 5 have been used, giving you 7 to place. Of course, I'm not a dev, but that's how I've understood it.

ME --> City of Heroes/Helpful Person: I was wondering those 7 that I placed years ago on guardian. Are they suppose to be part of the slot premiums have to place.

So with that I have some hope now. So I am here, asking am I suppose to have those 7 slots over on the Guardian server AS global character slot tokens that I can place on ANY server that I pick as a PREMIUM player? If no one knows, will someone PLEASE direct a moderator or a develop to this... novel, so I can get this figured out.

Well thats all kinds of depressing.. I dont play on Guardian anymore, and I would like to have those slots elsewhere.. I sent in a petition just to try..

Doh!! Since the account is premium, I "have" no open slots to transfer 4 of those slots over..

I wonder is customer service would help me out..

Oh I knew that.. I was gonna make temp toons on those slots.. transfer them and then deleted them..

I checked and yep i got slots there althou not 5.... 7.... im not complaining... just dont know how i am gonna get them over to freedom... i have 4 transfers available.. but that leaves out 3

So since I was originally played on guardian the other slots are bound to that server? I now play on freedom.

Ok. My main account as of February 13th dropped to a premium account. And I was looking into how many character slots I would have.

2 from issue 12
2 from going rogue
And 1 per year the acct was active

I check and the acct has 6 years and a few months. So I was thinking I would have 10 slots. 2 from GR, 2 from i12, and 6 for the years.

But to my surprise when I logged on I had only 5 slots.

Is the 5 slots right or is my math right.

I am just wanting to make sure of one thing

If I buy $100 worth of points i would get 8000. There is also a 20% bonus for that amount. Making it 9600 points.

I remember reading for every 1200 points purchased you gain token.

My question is with that extra 1600 points would I get a token out of that

I want to say I remember reading somewhere that the bonus points do count towards getting a token.

So if that is right then I would get 8 tokens.

You need so many people to start a tf/trial. All you have to do is invite enough people to start it. Start it. And they can quit team.

I personally will not get beam rifle. It didn't appeal to me at all on the beta server. I did get street justice and time (which I'll have to purchase once my account goes premium)
