That's weird. It worked fine in past years -- what was changed to break it? Isn't it just the same code as in previous iterations?

Hmm. I'm not on a team and I'm trying to click a present but get transported back to a mission door (I see the Winter loading screen for a couple seconds, then reload into Atlas).
Suggestions:
Super Packs Done Right
Influence Sink: IO Level Mod/Recrafting
Random Merit Rolls: Scale cost by Toon Level
Don't ya thing something like that would have been picked up in test?
Ok devs fix it, 2 more weeks of the Winter event, and free server transfers for a week.

I suspect that, as others have speculated, we'll see some sort of apology with an in-game manifestation. Extended event, etc. I see no reason to assume the worst and even less to imply that they did this on purpose.

I think getting sent to Atlas/Mercy is the expected behavior at the conclusion of the event, so it's possible that the Lord of Winter isn't spawning properly, so before players even set foot in the event zone the event thinks it's over.

I've tried twice solo on my heroic Fortunata, once in Steel and once in Founder's; was sent to Atlas both times.

They're bringing the servers down right about now for emergency Saturday maintenance. I'm hoping that it's to fix this bug.

While i wouldn't object to free server transfers it's a complete non sequitur in the context of a buggy seasonal event. Are you going to suggest it every single time something is bugged in game?It would be even more fun in real life...

Apparently, if you have a mixed team of any kind when attempting to enter the Winter Realm, you get immediately booted and never get to fight the Winter Lord in his icy realm of segregation.
Be advised.
