Ncsoft store

So what the hell is wrong with the NCsoft store...been trying to buy booster's of it all morning ?
Maybe someone needs to put down the coffee mug and fix it...pronto !!
I got money to spend here :P

Yeah, I only managed to buy one booster today then it wouldn't allow me to buy any more.

I assume it's because of lots of people purchasing things at the same time...

Also I'm not waiting until tomorrow, evil red box of inability to buy... It's Cyber Monday, not Cyber Monday and Tuesday.

Trying to get the Mac pack to no avail.

It's a piece of junk. Period. Has been for ages now. It seems to love refusing money when you want to give it >_<

The store is probably flooded with customers. Every time there's a major release, the thing curls up in a corner and cries. Someone needs to get it some help. Like better software or more hardware or something.

I managed to get a purchase done earlier, and it's listed as applied, but I'm still waiting for the items to show up in-game, several hours later.

I had no problem at all. Ordered two packs around 12:15 PST. Maybe I was lucky?

The only item I would've considered buying (the only item I haven't already bought) was the overpriced Party Pack, too bad its one of the items not on the 50% off list.

Crappy sale. The one pack I would consider buying isn't on sale. Weak NCSoft.

As I said in the official thread in Announcements- this is a total failure on the part of NCSoft, and they couldn't say they didn't see it coming.

When you get continual complaints that your "storefront" is unreliable and bombs out more often then it works.. THEN limit a customer to 3 transactions and then have it crap out after 1.. honestly.. that company doesn't deserve a customer's money- total ********.

I didn't have any issues at all. So maybe the store's just picky about who it allows purchase of it's wares?

I bought five things without a problem. Logged into my account first and then went to the store. Also made sure I enabled all the scripts at the site (I use noscript) and made sure Adblock Plus wasn't filtering anything either.

Yes the lack of a shopping cart is annoying. I bet someone has a patent on that for e-commerce.

I noticed that the full Mac and Architect Editions are no longer for sale. This makes the Mac pack and getting one of the first two boosters for $5 impossible without the sale now, reason why I bought two more things than I planned to.
