note for Noble Savage I think you should of had categories to start out with like best Female Hero, Best Female Villain, Best Male Hero, Best Male Villian, Best Hero group and Best Villian group, Best GM, then from the winners pick the winner over all. There are a lot great designs to choose from. -
I be okay if you could buy up to 6 more max Slots per character maybe even make it so only VIPs could buy it or at least they have to be tier 9

A Sonic yell, A cone type attack with the option or -res or Fear. Rather then customizing the color of it You would be able to select what it sounds like. between Male, female, A deep Lion roar, Wolf Howl, or Bird squawk -
had to go with Storm Elemental pets they work much better with my characters theme. They don't look like normal storms so I just think of them as cosmic storms, still trying to figure out all they can do I see lighting blast and a lighting aura but not sure what else they do yet.

Felt that Musculature Radial Paragon was the best choice for my build the Damage boost is nice but it also boost my defense and tohit debuffs and help my end recovery some plus boost my immobilize. Spiritual is tempting but it has little effect on the other Incarnate powers. I think i get more bang for my buck with Musculature Radial Paragon. I'd be more likely to drop my rebirth for ageless, but it so nice to have a self heal for once.

I try to make a build that covered as much as possible it's heavy in recharge 195% w/ Hasten Perma but falls just a bit short of getting IW up all the time. has over 200% end Recovery. it's great against anything psi and has good resit against most other attacks def isn't that great but has some in all areas, the reactive DoT works wonders with all my AOE attacks, I have the heal + regen for Destiny slot. it's nice but not sure it's the best choice for my build. I know it's an expensive build but I already own 99% of it just wonder what improvements any of you may make.

My guess
1)Hybrid Armor/damage aura
2)Vitae A aoe Debuff Power
3) Mind An AE Control Power
4) Genesis A ST attack power of some sort for Range and Melee
5) Omega a super attack that buffs you and your team while you Aoe attack and mez and debuff them or lets you slot a 2nd tree in 4 slots of your choice -
My List would be in this order
1)Power Customization for all powers that havn't been done yet.
2)new recpies - purple lvl Resit and Defense sets and more of the others
3)new type of global enhancements, the enhancement can be slotted in any power but gives a global enhancement example 4% damage buff, 6% recharge buff, 2.5% buff to Max End ect. So you could slot something in powers that you don't normal use like Brawl, Rest, Gale Hurtle, ect Only can place one of each in a build.
4) New incarnate slot and trial
5) New costumes -

okay I was thinking what they could use the new merits from the trials for.
For A-merits -
Super inspirations, 1 A-merit
A couple costume pieces and auras, 2 A-merits
Temp powers that can be used in trials 5 A-merits
Upgrade 15 A merits to 1 E merit
For E-merits -
New Purple recipes sets for Defense, Resist, new melee damage, new range damage, and new Hold sets where their set bonuses effect all powers including Incarnate slots. maybe 10 to 15 E merits for each recipes.
New Type Global Enhancements that can be place in any type of slot so you could put in something like Brawl and it will give an 4% Global damage boost or 7% global recharge ect. but will have no direct effect on the power it is slotted into also will effect incarnate powers other then what the global boost gives. it's a stand alone enchantment so not part of any set. 25 E merits each.

Ever once in awhile since i20 came out this menu pops up looks like some recording menu. every time it pops up the game locks up a couple mins later. Below is a link to what it looks like. Anyone now what it is or how to stop it from coming up?

i played since i20 went live with no problems with connection, but after they updated on Tuesday I get mapserver Connection lost all the time I've had atleast 20 or so in last 24hours I missed out on MoLam becuase of one it's very annoying.
