I grew up watching the original transformer cartoons and those movies just don't deserve to carry the name. Half way decent flicks about robots yes but they are NOT transformer movies.
Very nice work on the costumes as well Gideon. Soundwave should be possible to come up with... unless the thread gets locked first.

AS for your costume, those are great, Gideon. I made a robot Elec/Elec Tank, Machine Gal, for GR with the new clockwork costume pieces, and I thought she looked pretty cool even though she does look a little like Dot Matrix from Spaceballs.
Did you see the GI Joe movie? I actually thought it was pretty good. I wasn't as big a GI Joe fan as Transformers, but I wouldn't mind them making another one of those.
A live-action Robotech/Macross saga movie would be amazing, though.
