You missed Phantasm = Phanty
And you got one wrong -- Venus Flytrap = Twoey (In "Little Shop of Horrors," the man-eating plant was named the "Audrey II," and Seymore called it "Twoey.")

Also Extracted Essense is also called Fluffy, but I tend to call them "Tribbles"

LOCAL MAN! The most famous hero of all. There are more newspaper stories about me than anyone else. "Local Man wins Medal of Honor." "Local Man opens Animal Shelter." "Local Man Charged with..." (Um, forget about that one.)

Also, isn't Singularity commonly known as Singy? I know it doesn't have the same panache as Spotty, but it is fairly common usage.

i've always heard it called Singy, and to be honest i think that name has more panache than Spotty. Spotty sounds good for an Edwardian street urchin who keeps you informed about what's happening on the street.

One of my Earth Controllers calls her Animated Stone Dr. Poopington, but that's neither here nor there.

They're also called kooshes and koosh balls, but that lacks the "y" ending.
Kooshy?

No, no! All singularities are named 'Bob'. The -y is silent. And invisible.

My Gun Drone is Shooty McGunn. Shooty for short. That's a callback to my TFC Engineer days. I think Ripley is okay, but I'll stick with Shooty

At least that sort of makes sense. I have a friend who calls hers "Sir Finkleberg." Explain that ...

I know the commonly-used name is "Fluffy," but Dark Servant will forever be "Smokey" to me.

I've seen the Flytrap refered to as "Chompy"

I went with Ripley for an experience back in the day they were stationary and sitting around a corner and waiting for the baddies to work their way through the various trip mines and caltrop as the turret unleashed on them

made me remember the scene in Aliens' extended cut where they're watching the auto-guns tear into the oncoming hordes over the cameras

Caltrops and web grenade I don't see as pets, so don't name them

Mortar though is "Morty"

and Force Field Generator is "Jenny"

But i like cutesy names to be descriptive.
Still, Morty's fine with me, if a bit punny.

They all laughed at me when I said I wanted to be a comedian.
But I showed them, and nobody's laughing at me now!

If I became a red name, I would be all "and what would you mere mortals like to entertain me with today, mu hu ha ha ha!" ~Arcanaville
