GUIDE: Incarnate Abilities
Right. That's why I was thinking, the very least would be if they dumped the rest of the Alpha stuff in I20, opened the next slot and ALL the stuff for it, and continued to for each following issue.
They could also do one Issue for Slot with Common/Uncommon, next Issue for Rare/Very Rare and Next Slot with Common/Uncommon, or one Issue for Slot with Common/Uncommon, next Issue for Rare/Very Rare, next Issue for Next Slot with Common/Uncommon, etc.
We'll have to wait and see.

Biggest Troll on the forums? I'll give you a hint:
I don't really have a problem with that. I prefer they release Incarnate levels more slowly but with more content associated with them.

That's it? Those are the only options? I thought they held this back because the first try was 'underwhelming'? Were there only 6 choices in the gr beta?
Thanks to the OP for putting this together though. If not for guides like this I'd have no idea what was going on in this game.

So a question about what I read. Zombie stated that if you can't enhance a particular power for something that a particular incarnate power won't effect it? I.E. if it does damage but you can't slot it for damage your incarnate won't buff it?
So for example, say I take Spiritual on my fortunata, the recharge buff won't effect my mind link?

Dispari has more than enough credability, and certainly doesn't need to borrow any from you.

When you say "switch", does that mean you can switch between earned ones like costumes, or "dump" one in favour of the other and need to re-earn the one that you dumped?

Remember, the mechanic used here is similar to an enhancement, in that you build the Boost and then "slot" it into the appropriate, well, slot. So in my mind, the execution ends up being very similar to enhancement slots that allow you to detach and swap enhancements at will (except for the above restrictions).

They held it back because no new content, not because the mechanics was too little.

Ah, so what happened to the rares from the last version, were they dropped or just not revealed yet?
Also, I remember seeing other abilities like procs that could be added to powers in the last beta forums, was that for higher incarnate levels that were leaked or someone just imagining things?
Even with the uncommon spiritual, I'm short 33.2025% recharge reduction.
Damnit.
Edit: Does anyone know whether the Spiritual Core Paragon (Very Rare) - 45% RECH / 33% stun, heal completely ignores ED or not?
Be well, people of CoH.

If you had a toon on GR Beta for I18, it was granted an automatic Alpha Slot. However, this means you won't be able to do Mender Ramiel's arc. Copy over a fresh toon. |
Copying a new character should only apply to those that were in that Beta while the Alpha Slot was being tested.
Loose --> not tight.

At this point, their absence and the lack of any word indicates to me that we won't be seeing them until after I19 launches.

Kinda lame though, for a system that should be giving us at least one new slot per issue, we only get half a slot in the first issue.

At least on the whole I19, (HALF) ALPHA STRIKE!
If I20's Incarnate content is just the OTHER half of the Alpha slot I'll really be disappointed.
There are no words for what this community, and the friends I have made here mean to me. Please know that I care for all of you, yes, even you. If you Twitter, I'm MrThan. If you're Unleashed, I'm dumps. I'll try and get registered on the Titan Forums as well. Peace, and thanks for the best nine years anyone could ever ask for.

Positron: "There are no bugs [in City of Heroes], just varying degrees of features."
And didn't they say they want to release the slots 1 at a time? That means that CoH will be good until at least Issue 28, provided they hand out 1 slot per Issue from 19 on.
So much for DOOOOOOOOOOOOOM.
