I think so, looked similar to the Hydra tentacles from the Sewer Trial. Could be wrong, but I hope not. I always liked that Trial and it would be nice to see the Hydra used again in higher level content.

Good point GG, but I am not so sure. Isn't the Mender Arc all about teaching us why we are not like Statesman/Tyrant and Lord Recluse, even though we will be Incarnates too? It could very well be that Tyrant wants his henchman to be Incarnates in order to consolidate his power.

At this point what we do not know about Issue 19 is really starting to irk me. I love surprises, but not ones I actually know something about. That kind just pisses me off.

TFs are hard for me, I really want a toon I can get into and fell like I'm actually them, but have yet to find it, any ideas on a toon I should try? But I would love to try this tf, looks like a blast.

Hydra tentacles are found in the Hydra Trial, the Abandoned Sewer Network, and the lower lakes of Faultline.

Those seemed to be the same tentacles in a sewer map.

No - both the new TFs are for fighting Tyrant's thugs, not helping him - he's the bad guy, remember?

There might be some kind of Praetorian TF in ther future - but right now, the game treats Praetorians as Primal Earth people once they exit Praetoria at 20 - you choose to be a Primal Earth Hero or a Primal Earth Villain.
There are two new arcs in the 20-29 range in I19 that take place on Primal Earth, but they will have some Praetorian text options too, so a Praetorian avatar's storyline doesn't end at 20.

When I19 open beta is testing or for those lucky enough to be in closed beta testing we will all eventually be able to see how the inherent fitness works, so until then don't get you're panties in a bunch.

I think its a splice job. The scene from Imperial City looking into Atlas Park is a scene from the Tin Mage TF. After we saw it in the M&G, WW said that its a cool scene from the other TF. At the Panel, they did a frame by frame run down and when they came to the green portal screen they confirmed it.

I want to say that too but since it is Pretoria based...it could be praetorian DE. There is alot of hints that the DE in praetoria are more advanced that on primal earth.

Either way there has to be a main head or body to those hydra like heads and that is what I want to see

Wait a minute! That trailer was supposed to be about the Apex TF and it has scenes from the Tin Mage TF in it? That is LAME. Bordering on false advertisement too. I hate when people do crap like this.

I am tellling ya, those are Hydra tentacles around Ouroboros in the I19 overview page....this only makes me more sure I am right.

I see you point...but, hold in mind that we will be getting both TFs at the same time, sooo yeah it would have been nicer for them to save it for the tin mage tf video if they do that. but hey, it looks cool.

I just hate when I get shown something only to find out that is not what I am going to get. Think car commercials. They show this awesome vehicle with tons of extras for only $19K, only to have a disclaimer at the end telling you the price is not for the vehicle they showed you. It's dishonest.

Now if they had said something alone the lines of "Check out these clips from the new Task Forces in Issue 19" and showed that video, then I would be fine with it.

I suppose I could see your point if this were one of those freemium games where you could play as much as you like but you had to pay to unlock access to the TFs, either individually or in packs... but these are not two different things with different prices that you can buy individually, they are two features of the same free expansion to Going Rogue. So that's more like... I dunno, a commercial that says it's about the power steering of a car but also intercuts a few shots of airbags and a radio?

I Dunno where you live, but in the UK car commericals are all just CGI play throughs of something. One is cars playing hide and seek driving on 2 wheels. one is cars doing backflips and spins around eachother, one its playing space invaders which gas pumps, one its like a theme park pirate ship.

I don't know the last time I saw a sensible car advert, infact, im sure I wouldnt know one if I saw one.

You do know that the Tin Mage TF is inlcuded for free in the same Issue as the also-free Apex TF, don't you?
