Woot! Batman Beyond Becomes An Ongoing Comic
While I agree, hopefully they'll be able to push forward, as the comic series has been a little too focused on the original Batman's rogues gallery.
Can someone give me a quick synopsis? How does the story relate to the cartoon series in regards to canon?
Win!
Go Team Venture!
I agree. I miss the show.
The RotJ movie was amazing (Terry making fun of Fake Joker was priceless: "Ha. Ha. Ha." /bzzzzzzzzzzzt).
I frown on comics based on TV shows (I couldn't roll with the After the Fall series of Angel after the first few issues), but I'll consider buying this.
Thank you, City of Heroes, for giving me a superhero social network combined with amazingly smooth game play. Petitions signed with realistic expectations.

I'd be far more excited had issue 4 not been so hands down terrible. I want a return to Batman Beyond, but not if they're going to just butcher it like that.
i agree. the first three issues were amazing, but four just left me going "eh." the one thing that did impress me was the fact that the current story is in continuity with what kevin smith did in cacophony.
i will definitely be picking up the ongoing series.

Is Hush still involved/alive/actually Tommy Elliot in the Batman Beyond comics?
Tales of Judgment. Also here, instead of that other place.
good luck D.B.B.
Considering we had at least two fake-outs regarding Hush's real identity when he first appeared, I wouldn't be surprised if the recent "revelation" wasn't some kind of red herring.

1) an incompetent partner
2) an incompetent inventor
3) a completely hateful father figure
and
4) willing to murder bystanders to cover up 2)
The last page is just stupid because it doesn't make an ounce of sense. "Hush" was apparently in two places at once the night before and when he reveals himself he looks NOTHING like the character he reveals himself as. I wasn't so much bothered by the revelation than just utterly baffled by the words that went along with it.
Yay! Maybe we'll have more Inque!
