I'm loving the visuals so far, but I see your point.
I've coloured all the powers white and yellow, and I'm not sure if I pass local Occupational Health and Safety standards with Conductive Aura strobing like that.
Agreed. The pulsing and brightness need to be toned down.

Static Field is the one I detest the most. The pulsing is the biggest eyesore.

That pulsing of WoC is why I don't use it the power! It looks so pretty! I want to use it just to use it for that reason alone!

Ugh Demons WTF really..... More than once I've been sitting at the Black Market minding my own bussiness and up walks a Demon MM... "Roar!!! Roar!!! Howl!!! Grunt!!! Grunt!!! Snort!!! Roar!!! Roar!!!" Bajeeezus can you please Shut your damn pets up. I really hope WW's and The BM get the same treatment thay gave the Auction House. Power Null area please.

The Auction House in Preatoria turns off everything haven't tested it with a MM (I dont play them) but all my Trap pets go *POP* and all powers gray out when you enter the building.

(I've already posted earlier that the better solution isn't to just throw a surpression blanket over the area, that'd irk me personally, but to add a manhole entrance to a seperate supression covered vault area for those that want to opt out of seeing / hearing others powers).

I like the way it looks, and I like teaming with other Elec Control users so I can give my friends seizures. Just turn up the ambient lighting, turn down the gamma, etc etc.

lol i here what your saying.. when the set came out i made one.. and deleated 15 min after .. its the pulsing it burns the eyes..
and i agree other pulsing things like world of confuse should loose its pulsing affect.. it really hurts my eyes.. but thats just me...

My new biggest fear in the game is being teamed up with Electric Control and TA. That pulsating AOE on top of Glue Arrow is such a disgusting mess.
It looks crazy on Tar Patch too. I like EC/ actually, made it a yellow/light blue color, really electricity-ish.

Ha! That's what that guy last week meant when he said my 'electric holds' was killing him. I couldn't imagine. The team split and he went off alone. I went over to help and he tells me I'm killing him. He had 6 mobs around him, all sapped, docile and immobilized and he says he's dying! I thought he was an idiot.
If you're gonna complain to a team mate, say the graphics are killing me. Makes more sense. Now that I know, I'll work on the colors a bit. Sort of reminds me of the old sonic shields pulsing and causing epileptic fits.
You could always do what I do, have an awful computer with ultra-low graphics settings. Problem solved!
I am teaming with two other Electric control characters. You lay down three static fields, it is a visual mess. The colors need to be toned down severely and the animation cooled off a bit as well.
While I am complaining, I agree with some of the others. Make WW and BM power free zones like the Auction House in Praetoria!

Yes, I said it. It is cool and all, very flashy, the set has its uses.. but,
It is way too active. And bright. It MURDERS when you have high settings on in game, let alone very good coloring (I have mine custom-set to match a bird feather that I found, its a very awesome shade of pink heh).
I've teamed with players who use the set, and I try and advert my eyes from looking at the very flashy graphics it produces. But its hard not to. THey are bright, attract your eyes, and just plain out hurt.
Could I possibly request LESS flashy animations? I know you developers based the power on "motion" and the chain-sequence .. but does it have to be so fast and eye-hurting? Its cool and all.. but even when it is set to black, it is too bright. THATS NOT RIGHT!
Have I mentioned that it makes my eyes hurt?
Anyone else find it is too flashy?
