Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.
Very curious to see how this will pan out. So many things to consider and that will be changed. I hope we can expect more information soon.
That's awesome! It was totally irritating to have to take that pool on every toon and make sure to have it active by 20 for stamina.

any word of extra slots too? when i respec my old characters, i'm still going to slot swift (on one character) and stamina the same, but i really don't want a bunch of 1 slotted throwaway powers i'll never use. unless i pick other pools, i'm not going to take more primary/secondary powers.
its nice, but i for one would like a few more slots too so i can take and properly slot a primary or secondary power as well.

For all you Triumph forum shut-ins, here's the whole scoop. Nothing about extra slots, but we'll just have to see what happens when the build goes up on the Training Room.
I'm more interested in Issue 20... can't remember when I had to sign a physical NDA to beta test. Did CoV closed beta have a signed NDA?
Its great, but the one thing that bums me out is the fact that I'm in the middle of respec'n several characters right now lol
So do I hold off until this comes out..whenever that might be, or just respec them now, and then again when this is released?

I'm seeing inherent fitness as a way to stuff some rech in a few toons, or powers I really don't like into them. I'll be slotting the inherent stuff/everything else the same way as I do now.
Mainly don't see how this is good news at all though :\ I think I would have been happier if they had just made it so you could choose 5 power pools+app/ppp's. Aside from being able to squeeze a few lotgs into builds that couldn't fit 5 in, I think the 3 "extra" power choices will make slotting things a lot more difficult for people in general.
Still no clue what my ma/regen is going to do with this. He's already staminaless/has phase/has tactics/has 2 forms of travel/has 5 lotgs/mog and shadow meld. I'm thinking veng/the lolrez/and maybe assault?
I'm mainly just waiting for the nerfs to come because of this.
