Best. Trailer. EVER.
Truly genius. Remarkably done.
I'm glad that they didn't break consistency with the series and have Batman "Decide that a game put a smile on his face". Very... bold... that Batman hated playing his own video game. Shows that they understand their audience.
And I'm where I think you are, Liquid; discussing the quality and originality of the trailer, but not the actual game. We have Paragon Unleashed for that.
"Can I be Batman?"
THat...was why I refused to watch the Brave and the Bold.

Still waiting for his Official BackAlleyBrawler No-Prize
A little humor like in Teen Titans is ok but a complete series composed of goofiness just turns me off so I turn it off.
Don't count your weasels before they pop dink!
Well I liked it... but then again I'm a wee bit biased... I want to be bat Mite when I grow up.

I loved that trailer.

"I make it a point to always prepare for any contingency"
However, it turned out that Smith was not a time-travelling Terminator
Needs more Guy Gardner.
I thought it was great fun, and I like the series very much. And why? It remembers the universe from which it came. No convoluted 'reimagining' of the DCU, no need to fill it with unnecessary angst, and a Batman who enjoys what he's doing and is pretty damn good at doing it.
Plus, Diedrich Bader (yes, that one from the Drew Carey show and the lamentable Beverly Hillbilles movie) voices a great Silver Age Batman. Yay.

Part of Sister Flame's Clickey-Clack Posse
This is a throwback to the 60's/70's/early 80's stuff that I started to loath as a kid, much less a grown kid. It reminds me of Batman and Robin, the Schumacher film.
Camp can be good, but this is to much for me. It's an extreme departure from the comics, and the character himself. I remember reading the Batmite stuff in the comics, and I was not impressed then either.
Where as The Batman I was disappointed in the art style, and the depictions of the villains, in Batman:TAS I found the perfect depiction of Batman as well as his cast. There were bits of humor thrown in that were very Batman-ish. There was also continuity, and consequences. People died. Maybe not messily, but people died, and it brought a drama to the show.
Batman:TBaTB harks back to the Adam West style cartoony villains and jokes, and I can't take that. I snubbed it when Sho first loaded the poster for it, and every link that I have seen has made me very glad I have snubbed it. The only funny thing about that trailer was Green Arrow, and his "Can I be Batman", due to Ollie's Bat-envy. The voices annoyed me, as did the artwork.
Oops, I'm sorry. I thought this was the thread for the best. Trailer. Ever. My bad. I'll just leave this here.

Stay Gold, Paragon. Stay Gold.
Nolite te bastardes carborundorum.

I confess to being able to answer both sides of the question, I will state simply that, no I do not hate fun.
