As far as Nipplegate goes, I must say I don't see it.
Yeah, I can see how one can imagine that heavy line to be the very edge of it but only because in my demented youth I also watched scrambled HBO on the off chance I may catch sight of some nipplage... Anyway, in my experience, size and shape varies and I don't think there's any way to definitively say her nipple scientifically and mathmatically must have been showing to some extent...
I also doubt CR intended such. He's not known for being racy or edgy in his arts and I certainly don't see why he would start now.

well if anything, this fart contest has showed me the importance of not using things like crayons, toothpaste, toe-nail clippings, chicken feet, and dryed corpse flesh; for drawing with..
lets us crown the king or queen and use these last few month for a final blowout for the contest, featuring art from all the prior artists in the contest..
we can call it the Quick Unified Emergency Final Free For All .. or QUEFFA for short..
how about it? ... one final QUEFFA to end the Fart contest in style?

All I am saying is, why put out such a potentially misread inappropriate piece when you have a free pass for the month?

I'm not the CR legal defense team and don't plan on continuing on about this issue except to once again say I don't see it as a nipple even after it's been "pointed out" and I see no history of CR trying to get away with such things.
As to why he would... I don't think he would. I don't think he tried to. If he was trying to show nipple he failed big in my opinion. *shrug*

If you mean my current submission let me say I presume Caemgen's statement (which you are attempting to rebut) refers to my history on this forum when he says I'm not known for being racy. I have a body of work consisting of over 100 pieces which you could look through to establish what my history here is.
I also have almost 50 pieces on DA too. You know Deviant Art, the site where you can post damn near anything short of an outright sexual act (sometimes even those slip through) and get away with it, what do you see in my gallery there? Disney cartoon characters from the Lion King and Lilo and Stitch side by side with City of Heroes gift art with some Dragons and StarWars stuff thrown in. You've seen tons of my artwork VexXxa how would you characterize my history?

For those who want the line by line break down of just how wrong he is read on for the list...
Despite what you publicly state I don't like doing this (you have no idea what I like or do not like, stop visiting my intentions with baseless accusation) and I generally do my best to ignore the sheer volume of wrongness in your posts (factual, contextual, semantic etc etc etc) but every so often it gets to be too much in one confined space or you direct it at me forcing me to respond. So as to not further depress the thread though lets try it with a bit of humor.

Never "presume", CR. I never referred to your "history". I know all about your history here and on DA. I love your work, and you know that. I was referring to this last piece. I, personally, find it to be "racy and edgy"! I am not saying that the piece is bad at all. But "racy" anddddd "edgy" is my opinion, which I am entitled to just like everyone else. And I know you know that too.

First off, I didn't bring up the Bayani boots BS again, it was brought up by a homage submission piece here. I figured I better comment and try to diffuse it now because last time I let your "first" comment slide about this piece. You are right, I did create that piece...it wasn't complete and that section was blackened out, I have stated that more then once and the end result had nothing to do about Bayani (yeesh). For the record and by that I mean the "facts" (and you know this) no one commented on that until after you pointed it out on the boards here and on dA even though your actual comment said you weren't commenting. lol Contradiction - yes.

. I've never dissected or attempted to inflame a discussion on your art posts - have I ever once? I will admit to defending myself when I feel I am being egg'd on (like now). ALSO, my comment is about this piece...no way is it pointing out or attempting to point out anything else or stir a quarrel between you and some of your global friends in the game like the boot piece comment yours did to me. So, let's try and take this down a notch OK. I don't care about your past, you could of been a priest for all I care. I am just saying you picked one heck of a visually edgy/racy picture (regardless of your verbal intent) to post to the boards here without a one-click rule and/or riskier then a PG-13 rating. There are so many bikini combos out there, to pick one pushing the envelope so far simply caused me to pause and ask if this is really appropriate? And it is a fair question - I pay my subscription fees and participated in this since the beginning as an artist and now simply as a voter.
Now, speaking of a $3 latte...man, I am so jonesing for my caffeine fix atm, so before I really do go into a "tirade" I need to go get me some coffee.

Drama makes me sad, 
So I was thinking in the shower this morning about ways to run the FArt contest in the future to eliminate some of the troubles that we've seen this year.

Every month anyone can enter for that month.
The first place winner for the month gets three points, second place winner gets two points, and third place winner gets one point.
All submissions are valid, voters decide how well the entry adheres to the guidelines for that month. (Maybe a no NSFW requirement)
Any contestant who said they were going to enter and fails to submit an entry gets -1 point (but can of course rejoin on any later month).
I figure this way people can decide based on their schedule and interest in the theme if they are interested in competing in any particular month and folks that come to the contest late can still have an opportunity to participate without having to wait a whole year, and may have the added benefit of providing us observers with MOAR ARTZ!
I am sure there are many flaws with the above idea to, but just brainstorming. And a HUGE appreciation to Wassy for being the FArt Mistress this year and to all of the contestants, I've enjoyed all of the work that you have produced and hope that the contest continues for many more years.
