How did you use your transfers - or did you?

Transferred a couple stray Silver Agers from Virtue to Triumph and included a rename with that. Got all my other consolidation done back during last winter's free transfer window.
Transferred nothing. I only play on Pinnacle. Used up the two new slots there.
Be well, people of CoH.
First round I had moved a lot underplayed toons to various servers so that I would have a 50 everywhere "just in case".
This round, moved almost everything back to the major three servers that I play on: Victory, Freedom, and Infinity. I did get talked into moving a few toons to Virtue which seemed reasonable.
Aw man. I keep on forgetting to use those things. I wanted to move around some of my more infrequently played characters.

I could transfer a character from a relatively barren English EU server.....to the OTHER relatively barren English EU server.

I largely ignored this.
Friends are just enemies that haven't betrayed you yet.
Did all the transferring I needed to last time they did the free transfers. All my girl heroes/villains and boy heroes/villains are nicely and neatly to their own respective servers.

I distributed 3 little used/unused 50s to my off servers where they could at least be helpful if needed.

Decided it was time to branch out from Virtue and moved some of my characters to Infinity and Champion.
I haven't used transfers, and I don't intend to.
I also haven't decided where to put my two new slots yet. I have plenty of slots available, with only around 50 characters.

While it would spark a lot of "DOOM!" threads it would probably help with bringing the in-game experience closer to what it was even when CoV launched, and may even help revitalise the in-game community to actually reach outside its own little circle of friends (speaking from an EU perspective of community of course.)
The main problem of the consolidation idea being that I would not like to give up my character names, and you KNOW a 2 day old US character would get access to a name over a character I made years back.
Those I feel worst for are the EU players that don't speak english. They don't even have a second underpopulated server. Just one per language.
Friends are just enemies that haven't betrayed you yet.
They could* just merge the server lists, so to speak.
Keep the EU servers and the characters on them, just add them to the US list. Then no one has to worry about losing character names and everybody gets more room to expand.
As for the topic, I completely forgot about the transfers this time. I moved all the characters I wanted to move the last time, so that MAY have had something to do with it. That and I have plenty of space still on the servers I play on thanks to the last round of transfers.
There are a couple of characters that could use a name change, but no biggie.

Last time, I moved a couple old favorites from Victory to Virtue and they lost their names. I never felt like the new names "clicked" and fell away from playing them but held out hope for a name wipe before Going Rogue (both names predate global names). That didn't happen so I moved them both back to Victory where they can have their identities back.
As for the name wipe, I suppose not doing it was the "right" thing given the number of people returning to try the expansion so I don't fault the Powers That Be for that call.
Wait - is it over already or is today the last day?
That's what I want to know. I want to move a few from Freedom to Pinnacle.

Call it wild curiosity, but with this second round of free transfers - how did you use them, if at all?
Renames?
Moving characters you forgot the first time?
For me, it was:
1 MM from Freedom to Infinity
1 Bane back to Virtue (original home, and to free a slot)
2 Character Renames (made someone with the same name on Freedom, since I have *plenty* of slots there, then moved back to rename.)
I definitely used them more the first time around.
