I just tried the Test Server and it says: Can't connect to DB Server.

I don't know what that means, but meh. :/

well you wouldn't be able to anyway because of the maint xD i assume they take the lot down except for the webserver. just be happy and FREEM! only 2 hours to go

GhostRaptor: Server populations have been trending upwards since Issue 13 release. There are no current plans for any server mergers and we're looking forward to Issue 14 and the rest of the year.

I'd imagine it would have to do with needing the engineer support staff awake, along with the various Devs and QA crews to moderate the maintenance update to make sure everything goes according to plan. Yes but we don't even know if it's GR. Avatea did make an announcement a few days ago that there would be maintenance on the 16th, aka, Monday. :/

Heh, I don't have Ultra Mode on. In fact, if I even do anything with Ambient Occlusion, it turns my screen black and I have to reboot. Very old card just barely able to run the other stuff, but not while playing...or moving around much.

I'ts quacking like I18. My guess is that they are installing I18 Monday to make sure that they will have enough time to clear up any problems and hit their launch date on Tuesday.

yes well seeing as it's just patched to issue 18 i should imagine it will be at least that after the Maint if not GR. If i remember correctly they released CoV at midnight on release day, so we can only hope they do the same here.

My guess is patch is going up today. Our accounts won't be flagged as having GR enabled until tomorrow. Unless there's a bad bug and then I'm going to give Praetor White the finger!

The City of Heroes Community is a special one and I will always look fondly on my times arguing, discussing and playing with you all. Thanks and thanks to the developers for a special experience.

If the patch is to easy the load on the servers for release tomorrow, maybe they should let use get the GR Item packs today to easy the server load tomorrow.
