i wholly agree.....even just a simple "we know of the situation"...we like to know these things XD i mean the situation with the globals seems better FOR NOW but man.... a little communication makes such a difference. especially since it's not the first time this has happened. we likes to be reassured yes we do. It's not a bug. It's caused by the server(s) being down.

Oh, it is a a game bug. It happens now and then on different servers and only in Sharkhead. Players who happend to be so unlucky to be in that zone keep mapserving with following DC untill it gets fixed by techs.

its down for me, i tired 2 different characters. i dont know if anyone else is having trouble with it.

AE, BM/WW, emails, Globals and Server tags seem to be jacked up for me. I am on the Guardian server and it shows my friends as being on separate servers when they're not. I am also experiencing severe frame rate reduction in most zones, and I have changed nothing on my computer.

Can't log into Liberty as well. I get Can't connect to Dbserver.

Would be nice if they deemed us importent enough to actually give us an announcement about this. Its been 4 days straight of WW, Globals, email issues with nothing from them. I lost 4 recipes in the mail that are worth 200 mil each ...I am so pissed its not funny

Right now these services are going up and down faster than...*AHEM*...a thermometer being swapped back and forth between a blast furnace and a barrel of liquid nitrogen.

i'd like to add that today as the store seems also down, i can no longer access my 2 remaining purchased slots on Virtue. what gives guys?...effing seriously.


not to mention after getting stuck on a posi 2 mish last night and considering the time, people didnt want to do the mish over, so we of course petitioned. it took them a damned 2 hours to respond at which point 1 hour in my team had to go to bed and i just sat there and waited while i watched tv and shtuff. it took the GM 2 minutes or so to fix the problem/complete the mish....why exactly did that take 2 hours to respond to? (petitioned at 3ish AM response at 5ish AM)

I'm continuing to see AE, global email and global channels go up and down constantly. Could we get some kind of acknowledgment that there's a known problem at the server and that we're not experiencing problems with our own computers or just hallucinating?

oh it's not us...and i agree...no response is HORRIBLY frustrating....

pm'ed a red name the other day (avatea because she had posted last at that time), no response. then i had some other player tell me that was useless because red names haven't a clue or some such.... there HAS to be something we can do to get their attention -_-

Add to repeated mapserves, command lag, and now I've been told for three minutes that my character is currently logging out and to try again in a sec.

Nice to see that new "Ultra Lag" mode is working out


It's 106 miles to Grandville, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing faceless helmets

Yea Jet, my Numina team just got blackholed in Founders, can't get back. Get the same message, so it seems zones are crashing also.

Hmm, was able to log in just now blueside and retrieve most of my recipies from Email storage, but when I logged in redside to try and get the rest, email wasnt even showing up.
