I'm getting upset, it's my last week of vacations and my fav game is bugged!

If they don't know what's causing it, there's no reason to say anything out of turn. I'm sure they're just as frustrated (more so, even) as the playerbase about it. Wonky connections and servers don't help anyone.
If stuff gets lost, they've been pretty good about getting the problems resolved. It's not going to be 100% playable every day for the rest of the game's lifespan. That's just reality. All they can do is strive for it, and if that means it takes an extra bit of time to respond to us about it because those people are actually working on the problem, I'll take it every time. Us knowing about what the problem is doesn't make the problem go away any faster.
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
i dunno about everyone else, but knowing that they are AWARE of an issue and trying to fix it is good for me *shrug* even if they don't give specifics on the issue. i don't like being left hanging to simply -hope- things will get better. *shrug* and while i realize the game hasn't always been stable nor will it likely ever, i still want to feel my devs and tech team care >.>;; this recent issue has been fairly bad compared to some other times. and certainly more consistently bad. i think the issue here for most is simple peace of mind....

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
