Patch notes for build 1800.201006040036.8T.

COMBINED

Mission Architect

  • The attack powers in the Earth Assault, Mercenaries, Ninjas, Necromancy, Robotics and Thugs power sets were note scaling correctly for custom Archvillains. This has been fixed. The attacks will do considerably more damage at lower levels and slightly less damage at high levels.
  • In Mission Architect, the rewards granted for defeating Archvillain class enemies has been changed as follows: Any Archvillains of level 25 or less will grant the same rewards as a Boss.
    • The restriction against putting existing AVs into missions at below their minimum level has been removed. Any existing AV that appears in a mission at below their minimum level will grant the same rewards as a Boss.

Mutant Pack Fixes
  • The costume change emotes Dimensional Shift, Rapid Boil and Energy Morph were not playing correctly for characters that were running some toggle powers. This has been fixed.
  • Changed the slash command of the Energy Morph costume change emote from "/cce # ccpodperson" to "/cce # ccenergymorph".

Global Email
  • Fixed an issue with global emails expiring before the 60 day limit.

Gameplay
  • Fixed several rare crash bugs.

CITY OF HEROES
  • None.

CITY OF VILLAINS
  • None.

Hmn, I wonder if that fixed a bug someone reported in my arc, saying they ran it at level 34 yet the last AV showed up at level 40..? In'resting

So all the complaining about the recent "AE Nerf" is actually just sploiters? Good to know.

You could always try to run it that way and see if you crash.


Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.

That explains why I logged in recently and ALL of my emails were gone. Since it's a known issue, hopefully the GMs can help me get them all back. Glad to hear it's fixed too.

So...this means that below lvl 25, EBs are worth more exp/inf that AVs. Interesting.

It will be interesting to see how many figure out that the reason they can use sub-25 AVs in AE again is because they HAVE been nerfed.

Sploiters who were trying to earn uber prestige off AVs - not so much XP though. I saw it first-hand, thought it was tedious and boring but had to say the prestige for taking down one AV was nice. It'd be much easier just to up the prestige ratio though - then this sort of thing wouldn't happen.

Any fix forthcoming on the ATI multiple displays issue would be up to ATI, no? Last I'd asked about it shortly after i17 went live I was lead to believe that there's not much, if anything, that can be done on the devs end to address it since its an issue with the ATI drivers no working properly with Ultra Mode. I dunno...maybe I'm just rambling, heh.

Unmentioned fixes:

Organic Armor and Bioluminate tails now ATTACH to the character model properly instead of floating over the belts creating a gap between character and tail! Yay!
