My guess is that he's the Praetorian Wretch, on the opposite side of the battle from Ghost Widow due to his debt to repay Cole's followers for healing (and partially brainwashing) him.

Just watched it again () and I can't see him besides when David's talking. You sure he's there?
My guess is that we don't know his Primal Counterpart yet, if he has one. He looks like a mutant to me; almost feline. I think he's completely new.

I wonder if the return of the Cathedral of Pain (and thus more Rularuu involvement in the story) has something to do with Nobel Savage. I know that these guys
are called Honored Brutes. Nobel/Honored. Brute/Savage. See what I'm getting at here?

But by saying it was released as concept art yesterday (video was last week) I assumed (my fault) that it was up on the site somewhere outside of that post... and if it is, I cannot find it.

So cool that the secret new avatar David talked about has been revealed officially and not just hinted at in the ViDoc #2.
With regard to Noble Savage's origin and look: I think he looks friggin' sweet, and I am banking that he is related to Maelstrom in some way via the Power Core like others have positted. I can't see him being the Praetorian version of any of Primal Earth's characters... at least not any of the famous ones.
