Yikes, that sucks. You would think that if they were concerned about 5 accounts on one credit card that they would contact you or the credit card company in order to make sure it is legit.
If I was the credit card company and I was able to identify you as the card owner and you said that the 5 subs were YOURS then I don't see what the issue is.
If NCSoft was that worried about credit card fraud then they should have contacted the credit card company and asked if it had been reported stolen. (Companies are allowed to say yes or no without giving out personal information. I used that tactic when I was working in retail loss prevention.) OR NcSoft should have contacted the owners of the accounts to verify them.

Yeah, it's NCs rule. I use that card all the time, it's a debit card but can function as a Visa credit card for online purchases. Any time there's a questionable purchase, the bank calls us to verify it. We ok it (so far) and it's done. NCSofts account billing screen automatically declines the purchase, each and everytime. And yeah, I'm just BMWing about it now. I talked with support way back when it first happened and they couldn't help either. You'd think they'd want people to resub but... guess not.
