Is there any end game content I'm missing?

My first level 50 (and still my favourite toon) seems to have run out of things to do solo. The toon is a villain.

  • I've done all the story arcs from Grandville contacts including the unlockable ones.
  • I've done all the story arcs from Rikti War Zone and Cim.
  • I've done newspapers and the highest level Mayhem Mission to the point where I'm sick to death of them.
  • I've spent months doing loads of AE arcs and I'm getting pretty sick of AE now, too.
  • I would prefer not to do flashbacks, because I don't like to get scaled. Besides, I prefer to experience those as I level up my other toons and not be sick of them by then.
  • I want content. I don't care about badges or loot.
  • Strikeforces are great, but I often play in the early hours of the morning, forcing me to solo. Besides, I'm starting to get sick of the strikeforces, after having done them all so many times.

Have I exhausted the end game content or is there something somewhere I missed? Should I give this toon a rest until Going Rogue or is there anything else I can do?

Outside of badging, IOing out the character, and/or PVPing, looks like you have ti covered atm. GR, of course, will do the incarnate thing. Have you done Mender Silos's SF? (lists as a SF, but can be started solo.) 46-50.

Hamidon Raid? Mothership Raid? I know you said you play at odd hours, but it's more content to consider.

Unlike most(?) MMOs, CoX is about the journey there, not the endgame. There practically is no endgame content to speak of. The reason you get up to a potential maximum of like 36 character slots per server is because the devs want you to roll a lot of alts and try new things.

Supposedly, the GR expansion will finally have endgame content for 50s. We'll see.

I don't know where you are based, but you might consider trying to find somewhere else in the world where your stupid o'clock is their prime time.

I do this, am a European that plays in my mornings with Australians in their prime time. Means you can get TFs at odd hours. You just need to find out which server thay play on (Justice for the Aussies).

Totally understandable. However, if you're looking for things to do on a 50, based on what you said you've already done, there's not much else in the way of options.

At the least, you could run the arcs in the 45-50 bracket. Most (if not all) will "exemplar" you to 50, and those that drop you to 45-49 won't make a difference due to the new SSK system. You'll still have all powers as though you were 50. And any flashback that exemplars you to 44 won't make a difference either, since Level 50 is just 3 slots, and the game essentially ignores what level slots were placed at when exemplaring.

I was considering it when I was working on my sixth arc just now. ^_^ But no, nobody ever plays them. The most people who played one of my arcs was the first one, which was played by a whole four people.

Every 2 Saturday on Champion... last one was this weekend so in 2 weeks

But yeah you pretty much covered everything beside Hami and Mothership raids (didn't see if you did some or not)

That's really gotta go. Why won't they simply make the IOs and their bonuses scale down x% to match the current level of content?

If this is already slated to happen in GR or otherwise, my apologies and I am glad they are finally doing it

We've already got a death spiral in sub-50 IO's. Nobody rolls them because nobody will pay for them, nobody buys them because nobody rolls them, on and on till you ding 47 and can finally find stuff to buy.

Stratos, you're offering a solution that will make the death spiral a WHOLE LOT WORSE. You may not care, but it's one of my hobbyhorses.

Every server does them, just look in the relevant server forum and find your schedule. Then show up on time.

As far as I know, there's never been a successful Hamiraid on Defiant's villainside. There just isn' t enough villains around :/

Hi Hallows. Put in the name of your arcs. If they are story based and don't take 13 hours to play I will more then likely try them out.
