Look at an old photograph of yourself (if you're old enough to have one from 20+ years ago). You'll inevitably say, "I thought that looked good? What was I thinking!"

P.S. Read some Silver Age comics. Those are the comics this game aspires to (even if it ends up more in the Bronze Age sometimes, it's the Silver Age it's meant to emulate).

The best comics are still 10�!

... and more (just look up any past decade and "fashion" or "concept," for instance,) but in their time they were futuristic or "cool." (Yes, I know I mixed some 50s and 80s stuff. Had to pick on my decade a bit too.)

So, I say again - they fit in their time just fine. Look somewhat silly now? Sure. And the same thing will be said about the "2010 stuff" in 2030.

....sorry, I'm missing what the 1960's Arachnos is referring to? And please indicate if there's spoilers involved....

You travel back in time and meet Arachnos in the 1960s. They have period-appropriate costumes. They look ridiculous, and intentionally so.

I think that making your body space larger, and including sharp points that coudle asily snag on things really isn't the best design for an assassin suit

Recluse might be an evil, spider-obsessed supervillain with self-esteem issues, but at least he's a bit more practical with the uniforms for his goons - even if his own costume is rather dirty and scratched looking for some reason
