Issue 17 Overview
I see this being much more likely, since it takes far less effort and the vast majority of players are incredibly lazy. (Including myself!)

Perhaps I am remembering incorrectly, but wasn't one of the initial concepts for enemy groups in the initial run called the 'Mirrormen'?
I'm going to poke around here and there and see if I can find a reference to this.
I seem to recall *someone* posting a quick list of stuff that hasn't made it into the game... and a faction called the Mirrormen, I'm almost certain, was one of these things.
(Search-fu weak! Defeated by Mass Posts! GAH!)

What's the limit to the amount of currency you can send in one email?
I've heard that you can only hold 3 billion inf. on a character -- (I've never had anywhere near that much on one character so I don't know for sure) -- so I'm guessing the limit you could send via email would be the same, 3 billion.
Just curious about this, since you can always just send another email with more currency.
Assuming the AI was even reasonably smart, the AV would have your powers, your abilities, about ten times your health and double your damage. You'd have ... an insp tray. Oddly, you might have an easier time defeating your AV doppleganger if you were an SOed low level Blaster than if you were an IOed level 50 Scrapper.

You say that like it's a bad thing...
You'd basically be getting paid to click two buttons "take money button" and the "report spam" button. I wouldn't mind that heh... Sure it'd be 1 influence but with their energy/time, they might send ya 1 million by the time they stop |
Um, no.
A byte does, indeed, consist of 8 bits. But it can contain up to 256 distinct values. Depending on whether or not it represents a signed or an unsigned byte, those values are either -127 to to 128, or 0 to 256. |
One's complement can represent values from -127 to +127, and you can have -0. One's complement was used on some mainframe computers designed in the 1960s (from Control Data, in particular), but I've never seen it used on microprocessors.
But there are few problems that can't be solved with mass firepower
probably NOT before you, given you've been around longer...Damn.
But I try harder!
GG, I would tell you that "I am killing you with my mind", but I couldn't find an emoticon to properly express my sentiment.

Emails can be sent to local as well as global names now.
Emails with attachments can only be sent to a Global name. Valid attachments are Enhancements, Salvage, Recipes and Inspirations if they are tradeable (buyable on AH). One per email. Inf can be sent alongside item. There will be 20 mail cap to inbox. Mails sent to full mailbox will bounce (bounced mails can exceed cap). If you are at the cap you cannot send mails. Items with attachments cannot be deleted until attachment is claimed. They can be returned to sender. |
There are no words for what this community, and the friends I have made here mean to me. Please know that I care for all of you, yes, even you. If you Twitter, I'm MrThan. If you're Unleashed, I'm dumps. I'll try and get registered on the Titan Forums as well. Peace, and thanks for the best nine years anyone could ever ask for.
First, they didn't say an attachment could only have one item in it. So presumably you could send a bunch of items in a single email, eliminating the "one by one" part of your objection.
Second, this mechanism isn't just to send stuff to your own alts. You can send things to other accounts too, so it's more flexible than a vault could be. |

Emphasis mine.
Except that yours is even funnier... and, in context, more mature. It's a master vs. student kinda thing.

That, and its an object that proves my point.

Oh, I have ways of fixing that...

Alternatively, Alpha may be threatening to paint Arcana pink...
Sigh... and I was poking fun at Alpha's maturity...

It may be for a good cause, but it's hideous. They should just have painted the base pink... or put a pink band/ribbon on it.

Sweet. One last tiny request: can you make it possible to email a supergroup invite somehow, some way to /sgi someone who isn't online at the moment?

I have no problem with and ability to either promote/demote via an e-mail.
