Well technically, you can change the font in the game. It's just not something available in 'Options'.
That was one of the first things I did, so that a capital 'I' looks like an 'I' and not a lowercase 'L' (and vise versa.)
Hmm. I may have to look into that. It can be irritating to type in someone's name and see that they have five "l"s. And with the default typeset, you're looking at 243 different possibilities if you don't have a quick&easy click-to-invite available.

The name "Suggestions and Ideas" is suggestive, no?

I don't think the idea is bad, per se; however, it would add to lag when you entered highly populated areas, as the client would have to retrieve the display settings for each hero/villain in the area and render that font appropriately.
I'm not generally in favor of anything that increases lag spikes. Can you imagine what it would be like during a Rikti Invasion? A Zombie Apocalypse?

I like the idea... Let peoples' names have ONE color, a set font, and a style size. Most super heroes have a set style of how their name is shown. Big block letters, often italics, etc.

I for one, have no desire to decipher what other people think is 'kewl' looking.
