From the title, I thought that somebody wants to ask me something. 
Would be a real cool winter event if it was possible to over lay all the zones in the game with snow and add certain changes to the scene from December - February.

A miniscule snowfall in the South East especially London is a massive news story.
6 feet or more in the Midlands, the North, South West, Wales or Scotland is a filler item at the end of the news.

I'm in the mid-Atlantic, which is supposed to be hammered by a fairly major snowstorm tomorrow. On behalf of the entire region, I say that all of you in southern Britain are more than welcome to take some of that snow, although you'll have to come over here and pick it up yourselves. I'd box up and send you some, but I don't think snow has a long enough half-life to make the crossing in a state in which you'd want it.

Been a good 9/10 years since we had any kind of decent snow!We've had the odd snow day lasting literally 2 days max but never a snow storm as such
Well latest memories i got of one is when i was in high school, and thats a good 7 years ago MIN!We want snow!

We had a hero who turns into a giant raccoon when hit with cold water. Yes, it's a Ranma thing.
Said hero was simultaneously splashed *and* hit by a villian's shrink-ray, and therefore became a normal-sized raccoon. The villian escaped, and then spent forever trying to figure out how his shrink-ray had transformed somebody into an animal. Mostly by zapping his teammates constantly to see if it happened again.....

Now that the south of uk finally has awesome snow in the correct month and with the schools shut, football cancelled etc i have come to wonder...what if the rogue isles and paragon city got hit by so much snow things had to close.
would mis lib still stand there in the snow or you think she would go play in the snow?
how much crime can be commited if everything is under snow.
or better yet....
what if the waters dividing the isles and city were iced...come on admit it..who would go ice skating between zones lol
