Anyone notice that there's no Leather option for Warrior gloves like there is for Tai Gloves and Warrior Boots?

*edit*
Ack! and the new female hairstyle isn't affected by face sliders!

Three new sword models for both BS and DB. Not all of the costume options are pictured here.

Evil is a maze of deceit and the cheese it hides is never worth the running.

I'll definately have to get this. The ninja sprint and costume options will be excellent for my Night Widow since part of her backstory is she comes from a ninja clan.

OK, a few bugs I have so far:

*There are Leather Warrior boots, but no Leather Warrior gloves. Only Warrior and Armoured Warrior.

*The female Braided Buns hair is not affected by head and face sliders, leading to your scalp clipping out of your hair.

*Female Tai Skin gloves are using the make muscular texture which does NOT match the female skin tone or skin texture, producing a nasty line.

*The texture for the undershirt of the Terra robe on women is wonky, as though it isn't mapped quite right and it's shearing at the breast.

*The Ninja Run looks REALLY odd with Claws out.

Please note that colours are chosen for visibility and not for style.

Ninja Run is also incompatible with Combat Jumping, not just Super Jump.

That said, my claws brute, Even Faster Pussycat, is now really living up to her name.

It has twice Sprint's end cost.

OMG OMG OMG. What about Combat Jumping? I have a brute with no travel power but who has Hurdle and Combat Jumping!

P.S. Never mind; answered in post 39. Does not stack with CJ.

Only had a little time to do the pics of the Ninja Run (took my appropriate character Kat/SR scrapper).

Pics available here. You can view them full-size.

And yes, Sprint+Swift+Quickness+Ninja Run feels SS-fast.

The nice thing about the whole 'ninja run' power is that it should allow all those folks who've wanted a 'natural' travel power for years to have one. Granted, it's fairly thematically specific and will run you an additional $10, but it's there which is nice I suppose.

It also does not take enhancements. So no endurance reduction, stealth IO, etc.

Oh my... a new Booster Pack is introduced and people are complaining about the price/value... what a... (Yawn)... surprise.

Love my new booster... the only complaint I have is that the Ninja Run does not work with Super Speed... which would have been supremely awesome.

Oh, and one thing NOT pictured in the video for the Ninja Run on the web site. If you have it active and do a standing straight up or backwards jump there is a different animation than the forward jump.

My mind wanders so often you've probably seen its picture on milk cartons. - Me... the first person version of the third person Steelclaw

Just brought, and this:-You can't use the supplied serial code.

The supplied serial code is valid, but it can not be used to create a new account and it can not be applied to any accounts you already have.

Oh i do love NcCrap 2nd booster pack bought and second problem 1st was a double billing now this, maybe when they decide to charge extra for these packs the person buying gets exactly whats ordered,.

Oh well will go back and wait the god know hrs till they decide to send me an e-mail.

Bought it. Always love more options, and I've always been a sucker for the booster packs. I'll probably get a lot more use out of the run power than I did the other ones (Self Destruct a close second, of course. It's still awesome).

Just occurred to me.... soloing with street sweeping just became a whole lot faster.

Ninja Run being incompatable with Combat Jumping is disappointing, but I'll cope. It looks pretty excellent otherwise. How about Stealth, Invisibility, etc.? Just want to make sure my one and only actual ninja-themed character, my Nin/Nin Stalker, can use this thing without suppressing Hide.

Also, costume bits look sweet. There are several I anticipate using, even on non-Ninja Themed characters. Sounds like it would have been a good idea to throw it onto the Test Server for a bit first, though.

Bad kind of odd. It looks like it's designed to run with swords in the hands, so the wrists are at an odd angle. When you have claws out, they follow the wrists and end up almost 90 degrees from the forearms. It just looks really odd, like that's now how it should be.

When I first tried it, I expected to see the arms straight with the claws pointing away from the shoulders and down the straight arms, but that's not what I'm seeing.

---

On a slightly more positive note, this means one thing - the possibility of running style and stance customization. If we can activate a power that changes our stance, running style and jumping animation, we could probably have more than one style to assume, and maybe at some point even the ability alter our BASE style in general.

And that's good.

*edit*
But you know what bugs me the most? This could have been an actual, comparable travel power in its own pool with the ability to be slotted and to dill in the hole between Super Jump and Super Speed. As a purchasable power... Let's just say I hope we eventually get an ACTUAL travel power in this manner.
