To verify this, I spawned my PooMan over the edge. He dropped down to the very bottom of the sea. No teleport. Clearly Silos has some sort of piltering program on his safety teleport system.

I can verify. Got on my earth/rad, "Septic Tank Hank," and spawned Big Brown over the edge. He was flushed into the annals of time, I guess.
