I didn't know zoning changed these. Yeah, I agree with this. If I want to fight a specific enemy group or take a specific type of mission, it's REALLY annoying when the paper doesn't provide. I definitely agree with this idea.

Yeah. Or just take it a step further and let us pick villain group and objective every time. If you want nothing but Beat Up Freakshow Boss And His Crew paper missions, you can already get those over and over just by zoning if you want. May as well just let people pick.

This idea sounds so good, I wonder why it wasn't implemented from day-1 of Newspaper/Scanner missions, and quite frankly, the OP should be hired pronto+stat! 
I believe that a Kheldian Gold Standard should be based on SO's, and for anything above that... there's Platinum!

Lets not make Radio/Newspaper missions more convenient compared to the normal arcs. I rather see steps taken to promote us to play normal arcs instead.

I don't mind Radio listings being limited Blueside as you get more contacts from your previous contacts, but Redside it's not that common and so you have to do Newspaper missions to get new arcs.
I agree to this turn the page option for the Redside Newspaper mission selection.
I disagree with it regarding Blueside Radio missions. (Not required)
As for Side By Side version option in GR, I have no idea... Yet.

A 'reset' command shouldn't be that hard.
As for normal arcs, yes promote the playing of them by making them less annoying, and more rewarding.
When we open up our Radio or Paper.. please give us a button at the bottom to recycle the available missions so we don't have to zone somewhere else and then back.
