Hmmmm... let's compare the state of affairs heroside vs villainside.
Heroside - theft, gang warfare, mafia warfare, assault, arson, rampaging monsters, heroes and law enforcement that JUST STAND THERE, driving so bad you'd think that Paragon City's zip code automatically generates the highest insurance rates on the planet...
Villainside - Longbow, corrupt cops arresting thugs, religious protesters, mafia warfare, corporate raiding, and one whole zone where the villains can bash on Arachnos for the simple reason that they're between you and the door you want to get to. But they've got a CIRCUS!

No I don't. I just permit his organization to point out opportunities for some of my up and coming alt characters. I make a profit, he gets a cut, then, eventually, those alts grow up, stomp him into a spider shaped stain on the pavement, and we start the whole cycle over again. It's just better buisness this way. And more people die, which is the real point. I mean, any fool with more power than brains can destroy the Earth once.
