Well thugs have this too though On top of that, some whooping defense.
So its still quite par with the other sets (kinda mix of PD/poison), but with the annoyancy of Bubbles, buffing each pet nonstop.
But for the looks, freaking imba (i go ninja/thermal btw, flaming ninjas!)

The four minute buffing isn't so bad, adding the forge buff... mmmm double forged knights, maybe even a forge for the spirit :P. That said, its better than straight forcefield since you have more to do! Add cauterize and warmth to the mix you could be a very clicky MM.

I don't know man.. Ninja/FF kinda scares me as a bubbler. So much bubbling.

What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.
still, give me a Sonic Res over thermal. Actually kinda surprised they gave thermal over Sonic Res. But I bet it's because Thermal will be thematic with Demons.

Ninja/Thermal is a pretty good combo, the resistance with their defenses and heals with some debuffs later, I am very surprised that this was given to MMs I think I might take one to 50.

Yeah, I've been looking forward to this since 1981, when the Secret of Bone Hill module for D&D came out. There were some cool undead in there that had some limited elemental attacks, and it immediately made me think of burning undead under the control of an evil wizard.
We had also just started playing Champions (tabletop RPG) that year, so very quickly I had 2 NPCs in our (shared) game world. One was what would be Necro/Thermal and the other would be very much like Necro/Rad.
So, yeah, I've been waiting for this for 28 years!

After I get my Zombie/Poison to 50, gonna have to roll a Zombie/Thermal. And a BS/Elec stalker. Then a Archry/TA corr. And maybe a Claws/WP brute.

Thugs/Thermal = Next MM Arena/PvP FoTM. It'll also be a beast in PvE, akin to Rad/EM in it's versatility.
